  1. Ok. That makes sense. What do you think of a phased rural low band deployment?
  2. But the cities are where the money is. Wouldn't it be more wise to make coverage as bulletproof as possible where the money is?
  3. Any thoughts on purchasing some of Dish's 600MHz for the first 9 5G cities? It would improve coverage where a lot of the people and money are. They would be able to get a minimum 10x10 in 7 out of the 9 cities. Then purchase some more low band when they go to deploy 5G in more locations?
  4. What are the odds of Sprint buying some or all of Dish's lowband? Since they aren't using it for anything and probably won't.
  5. No charge. Resets automatically at the start of the next billing cycle.
  6. It's 50GB for each line. If you hit 50GB you get dropped to 2G speeds and have the option to purchase more high-speed hotspot data. This is permanent (until we lose our plans after the merger).
  7. Right next to Montgomery Field. I used to fly in and out of there all the time.
  8. Interesting. So how do they plan on using the remaining 2.5GHz? Are they going to install more octoport/hexadeacport antennas for LTE then?
  9. Anyone know if Sprint plans to deploy downlink 5CA? As far as I know they have only 3CA on the downlink.
  10. Looks like a Nokia Massive MIMO unit! How are speeds around that area now?
  11. Detected a new PCI today. Not sure where all these new PCIs are located. All of the local macros don't appear to have any new equipment. All the old PCIs are still there. Curious as to what they are doing.
  12. I wish Sprint had uploads that fast. A man can dream.
  13. Looks like octoport antennas. Not sure about the radios though.
  14. Interesting. What could they be doing that would take a year? Building a new tower or relocating equipment maybe?
  15. So will the new setups be a Massive MIMO unit that runs band 41 + 5G and an 8T8R antenna that does bands 25 & 26?
  16. I don't know either. It would be nice. They need to refarm PCS here though. So right now there is 5MHz for LTE on block A and 5MHz for LTE on block G here. I don't think using band 26 for downlink here would help any because you're lucky if you break 500Kbps on it. It would help uplink though because I usually get 5-10Mbps up over band 26. It would be better for them to refarm block A so we can get 10x10 on block A and 5x5 on block G.
  17. I've seen downlink 25+25 and 26+25. But not 25+25+26. We have PCS block A (15x15) and block G (5x5).
