  1. For me personally it looks like a better deal. I go from 450 minutes to unlimited minutes. but I used 28 minutes last month so ehh why switch.
  2. I wonder what Son it working on, he said no one else is so video like Dish probably isn't it. Let's hope its not 3D video chats or telepresence. I do hope he puts a fairly fast 2.5Ghz TDD on most sites sooner than 18 months but that would be a big job. Also its after 5 and I have not seen anywhere that the Softbank deal actually closed today. Update: Ask and ye shall... ahem well I looked again just now. http://www.fortmilltimes.com/2013/07/10/2814046/sprint-and-softbank-announce-completion.html
  3. Could one of the mods put a link to this at the end of the closed old dish and clearwire threads?
  4. I must be missing something as it looks ok to me and everyone doesn't think so. Anyone see my omission? Right now I have 450 minutes and unlimted text and data for $79.99 a month new plan looks like $50 + $30 for unlimited data so I'm still at a bout $80 and now have unlimited minutes. With insurance and misc bountiful fees and charges its $101.77 a month.

  12. If no one else does I can check the mall after 4 PM. Meanwhile no sign of NSA operatives err... Sprint inspectors at the Motherhead site. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  13. Ahh I work off Motherhead right near the in progress site on Jason Ct just past the skating place/rv storage. I never got LTE there yet. I have on 94 further east in some spots but its weak.
  14. Uhoh " On July 8, the Standard & Poor's index cut Softbank's credit rating to junk. Its rating was lowered to BB+, "the highest non-investment grade," Bloomberg reported. " Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk 4 Beta

  16. One thing to keep in mind is I beleive they are running scalable backhaul so once its in it may be pretty easy to up the link speed to add support for 2500 mhz LTE if its co located Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  17. Sprint's PCS LTE is not as fast as Verizon's LTE. Sprint has always said 2.5Ghz was just for high use areas, this seems to be the first public hint that after NV 1.0 finishes up the big push could be in a nation wide 2.5Ghz rollout and expansion is all I was getting at. I hope they do it. I also hope it goes better than the WiMax deployment. I know they ran out of money but my gut thinks the problem ran deeper and centered in management decisions. I don't think Son would put up with any excuses under his leadership. I totally agree with you that all the big economy of scale pluses come 2.5 Ghz TD phones and equipment deployment. Oh I'm not saying Sprint's PCS LTE is not fast enough, I just saying its not as fast as big red. The 2.5Ghz TD-LTE should be as fast or beat Verizon's.
