I think most of them have 1x 800 activated. There is just no LTE 800 and from what I can tell service is suffering because it is at/over capacity. If nothing changes it's gonna be twice as bad in a month. Very interesting how slow the work has been in completing the upgrades. At this pace I'd expect June 2015 before any real improvement.

would it change at all if we said surfing the net? No video or music... It should be a lot more ppl than it takes to saturate a band 25 site right?

I never said it was 3-4 blocks in all of town. But you need to comprehend what you read a little bit better and quit trying to twist my words. Congrats at spending the day at a really tall building.

Wish you were here to try it out. Maybe when 800 hits here it will fix everything.

Its not everywhere in swfl. Drive down south to Naples and you can get LTE all over. And it is better north in Cape Coral. Tiny Pine Island west of Cape Coral has 2 towers with LTE that works great. So it looks like it is just kinda bad luck that that the service is so inconsistent here in the ft myers area. I think a big problem is the number of towers and spacing, but that will take a bit of time to correct of Sprint even wants to do anything about it. There is a good chance I will be switching but I didn't want to say that.

The airport area in KC must be another weird hole because even within a few miles of the airport coverage was spotty.

Great to hear they're going to do it, but if it's a DAS and independent of the rest of the build out what in the world is Sprint waiting for? I mean it's almost 2015. If Marcelo is looking for wins this should be a relatively easy one.

I have heard of sudden link spying on their customers downloads. Why do they do that?

It'd be nice if they add airports to their list. Very discouraging to fly around the country and get weak or slow service at the airports.

Also, previously I had used a note 2 for service and that was poor as well.

Have reported it to sprint. 4-5 months ago and now. No changes. I thought ecsfb had been deployed here and I know there have been 1x 800 sites active.

I thought I would update you guys. Service still sucks. I'm on the lg g2 and I rarely get LTE around fort myers. Was sitting at Daniels and 41 today and had 3g but the network was so overburdened there was no thruput. At 6 mile cypress and 41 there is LTE but it only lasts for 3 or 4 blocks... Very little coverage. Forget about service around the beach. I'd be surprised if they have more than 10% market share. The thing is this is really a market they ought to want to be great in due to all the people who come here from all over the country. Very hard to believe they're 90% complete here. If every market was like this at 90% sprint would have a hard time growing customers.

I just had to send my phone in for repair the screen stopped working the top third of it. It is in flawless condition it'll be interesting to see how it comes back. I had an issue with a Samsung battery while back a long time ago and Samsung sent me a shipping label I was pretty pissed that LG would make me pay for my lable to send this phone in.

From the completion reports looks like it could be 10,000 to 14,000 which would likely mean that we are looking at summer 2015 for lte to be completed? Could it really take that long? Many areas are done or mostly done but a lot are around 70% some even less. Here's hoping they make some great progress in the next 3 months while the weather is decent.
