  1. That is hard to tell because the sites in the area are not fully active. The CSN campus is about 3 miles away and I am able to hold a signal inside B41 signal but the B25 signal was not as strong. I will drive a little around this morning before I return to SoCal tomorrow.
  2. For a B41 site not really much. LA offers some sweet 50-70MB down
  3. I did and all I got was 37/38MB down. I am sure the site is not yet fully online and Sprint is tweaking the area. Their B25 towers are not all fully online and some sectors seem to be offline especially on the 3G side as data speeds are still below freezing!
  4. I looked at Google Maps to compare and yes the panels are new. It's not the Clearwire site and yes I get about 69db close to the tower. I was about 2-3 miles away from the site and I have seen two other towers on Las Vegas Blvd. that have the same setup now. Looks like Sprint is doing something right in Las Vegas and ones they get the backhaul running we should see a monster waking up.
  5. That could be the reason because the current B25 speed from that tower makes the old MetroPCS LTE network look fast. It's a sign of progress and nothing more.
  6. This site is not a converted site and the Clearwire tower is about 500 feet away (CoLo with AT&T). No this is a new NV2.0 site and I found a full cluster in the area. Still not sure if all are currently running as planned due to current install processes.
  7. I don't think they currently run the site at full power. I have seen Spark sites doing 60MB + but Vegas has not been launched and who knows what they're doing. Still 30MB+ is not bad for Sprint and for most people it will not make a difference if you update your facebook at 30 or 60 down
  8. Great and I hope you can put them up
  9. So I took my sister to CSN today and later went on the hunt for the B41 site and I found it. Seems like it's a Sprint direct site and not build from Clearwire (the tower is pretty close by but the signal was not as strong). The tower used to be a Nextel site and MetroPCS and Cricket are Co-Lo too. I guess the tower will see soon the decommissioning of MetroPCS and Cricket at a later point and turn into a pure Sprint site. I took plenty of pictures but I can't upload them here and need somebody to host them
  10. I would like to see actual XLTE Coverage maps.
  11. Not too familiar but this is on North Las Vegas Blvd. but I will see if I can locate the sites with B41 today. Like to know if this is a Sprint or Clearwire deployment
  12. My brother gave up on Tmo because I-15 is not working and he is using Sprint now and it works just fine.
  13. I used Pandora in my car on Sprint and it worked just fine. There is a lot of LTE already working on the Strip and downtown seems to be even better covered already. Not sure how many towers are on air already with B41 but they must have turned on some last night because all I got yesterday was B25. What is missing so far is LTE on B26.
  14. I am visiting my sister in Las Vegas for a couple of days and I was playing today a little with her LG G2 and she gets B41 LTE with 30MB down and about 8MB up on three bars at around 100db. Not sure when Sprint is going to launch Las Vegas officially but seeing B41 is nice. If I had the money, I would upgrade but tight budget makes that not possible.
