  1. is it possible to get a new plan without de-prioritization? ie business or other special plans? The main point of de-prioritizing a class or plan, is to provide higher prioritization to something else. what is the 'something else' ? Otherwise, if everyone is de-prioritized the same, how exactly is that any different than the same congestion without de-prioritization? ie, a ~30 meg sector with 300 simultaneous active connections is still going to deliver ~0.1 megs per user if everyone is de-prioritized equally.
  2. they should give selected bloggers free 3-6 months of service with a quality tri-band device and see how things change.
  3. I still think you may be confused. you can clear the data without changing the GPE rom. any custom settings that are stored on the data (instead of system) may have to be reconfigured by the new owner, but that is not your problem. if the touch screen was not working in recovery, then you probably need to use a different or newer recovery.
  4. wow thats horrible. seems like it would make more sense to abandon all those crap poles and try to colocate with, I assume, better infrastructure that other wireless providers are using in the area.
  5. there is not really clean way to 'log out' from your phone, if you care about the security of your google account, you will do a full encryption then wipe. this will prevent anyone from forensically recovering leftover data on your device.
  6. http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/11/21/att-stores-allegedly-being-directed-to-return-all-nexus-6-stock-because-of-pretty-bad-software-glitch/ duno if this is anything related to losing your phone connection
  7. I guess we won't know for sure until people have them actually activated, however I am betting that every carrier will get auto-provisioned via play store a number of additional default carrier applications (which can then be full uninstalled). This 'feature' has been mentioned in several lollipop reviews.
  8. I got it, snickers satisfies. Did you get it? it says key lime pie instead of lollipop.
  9. not sure if this has been posted yet.. business share plans; from 20 gig @ $90 to 800 gig @ 1350 (up to 100 devices). https://www.sprint.com/business/offer/businessshare/index.html
  10. If anyone else experiencing 100% wake time on lolipop, I seem to have narrowed mine down by uninstalling sensorly.
  11. I don't think many care about the psychological effect of having better signal bars, what many do care about is getting usable speeds and speed tests. As soon as any overburdened b26 became apparent, these same people who some would characterize as abusers would swiftly move to any other available unburdened band, so they can apparently continue abusing with the most efficiency.
  12. you can flash factory images and keep data by removing the "-w" from the flashall.bat file. or manually flashing each partition. you must still be oem unlocked (which does wipe all data).
  13. probably take more than 15 minutes to get past the animation but less than 30, then another 10 minutes or more doing the upgrading apps thing (depends on how many apps you have installed).
