I didn't do anything to it at all and it's fixed now. It appears that on the web admin page, the 3G now uses the "circle" icon...but on the display, there are dots underneath the "3G" in the top line display that move. That appears to have replaced the double-headed arrows that were there previously.

My MiFi downloaded a software update today. The display looks a little different (now shows a 3G icon at the top), and instead of Sprint it says "00307" ?? Not sure what that's about!

!?%%*!@@!! I wonder why that is??? I'm so irritated right now, was really looking forward to it!

These things will never be a "true" landline replacement until they can tap into the Caller ID databases to show the names of the callers, not just numbers. That alone would make me never want to buy one of these.

And he said it lasted him at least a full day of use. What more can you ask for?

Sprint has also been advertising the new iPhones on Facebook a lot!

It was an enthusiastic-sounding man just explaining it. They mentioned the prices of the other 3. Then said sprint would pay $350 to buy out your contracts. And really pushed the double data thing.

I heard 3 Sprint commercials on the radio during a 35-minute car ride tonight. They are really pushing the new plans!

Went to downtown Allentown to checkout the new PPL Center hockey arena today - there was a free public open house. I was really impressed by the building, but also by the network. They let people down onto the floor (no ice yet) and, even though I didn't have LTE (maybe there is 800 there but I don't have a triband yet), my 3G signal was at -90. Which I thought was pretty impressive, considering it's a massive steel building, I was at the lowest level, and that part of the building is actually underground. Outside, I had LTE at like -78 or so. There must be a tower near by. But, things should be good during a Phantoms game!

I've really enjoyed my EVO LTE. It doesn't seem like they will continue the EVO line... I still wonder how a case will affect the reception on the Mofo X

I was at a Radio Shack once and overheard a customer wanting a Sprint phone for the sole purpose of Google Wallet. It almost sounded like the employee was trying to steer him away from Sprint but he was insistent upon Google Wallet. I've used it a few times, but the the time I really figured out how it worked, they dropped support for anything less than KitKat. And I still have an EVO LTE.

Since the antenna is around the outside, I wonder how putting a case would affect the reception. Would the phone still be able to detect where you were holding it?

I wonder if you can turn this off? One of the biggest problems I have with iPhones (aside from the fact that they are made by Apply :-P ) is that notifications come on even when the screen is off. I've never used one, but asked my sister why she always turned it upside when she set it down, and got scratches all over the screen protector. And she said it's because the stuff pops up and if she's in a meeting at work or something she doesn't want people seeing her notifications. How stupid that it can't be turned off! (Unless maybe it can, and she never tried to.)

I don't live in an area that benefits from any of the RRPP bands...just the Big 4 here. The only thing I'm skeptical about, though, is if I would like the pure android experience. I've had two HTCs and I really like the way Sense looks.

I almost bought an M8 this weekend, but now I think I want this instead!!!
