  1. Do you mean Wegmans on 512? In Bethlehem? My service has been terribly spotty lately in much of the Valley...
  2. I've had 4G on 78 in the South Mountain/Summit Lawn exit area two times now... awesome! One time the speed was around 12 mbps down and 7 up. I'd be ecstatic with that! Am I correct in assuming that eventually everywhere that has 3G will also have 4G? I use a mobile hotspot for internet at home (no cable or DSL here) and can't wait for 4G to arrive on this side of the Valley- Kempton/New Tripoli area.
  3. That's strange, Lehigh St & 78 used to be really good ... I believe there is a tower across from the Home Depot parking lot. A few months ago I got great speeds there... 1.5+. I may have to take a drive over this way tomorrow! So, it seems like they are focusing on I-78 first in the Valley, from East to West? I wonder when they will spread north and south.
  4. I'd LOVE these speeds! I live in an area with no cable or DSL and have a Mifi as my home internet connection. I'm happy now when I get anything faster than 0.75 Mbps down, but that really isn't enough to do any type of quality streaming.
  5. I drove on I-78 near Hellertown again and still couldn't connect to LTE. I did airplane mode on and off several times. Is there something wrong with my phone?!
  6. I drove on I-78 today through the Hellertown exit and saw strong LTE on the Sensorly map, but I couldn't seem to get my EVO LTE to connect... I did airplane mode a few times and also restarted it. Am I doing something wrong? Or is the 2 or so minutes I spent driving through the area not enough to pick up the signal? It was showing very dark purple on the map.
  7. I drove to Hellertown today and sat in a parking lot right next to the tower, cycled airplane mode a few times, and got nothing!! Either it was turned off or I didn't wait long enough... I had an appointment to get to and couldn't wait more than a few minutes.
  8. WOW! I might need to drive over that way to experience it myself! I'm in the New Tripoli-Kempton area ... can't wait!
  9. I can't wait. I live in the western part of the Valley and we don't have cable or DSL available at our house. (Cable stops 1/2 mile down the road, and we live too far from the Verizon central office for DSL). We have a 3G mobile hotspot which is mediocre at best for our internet connection. I can't wait for the day when LTE arrives...I will go to the store that day and buy a new hotspot!
