  2. I can see the reasoning for hitting the $200 price point. The fire is 200 and it will surely be a lot cheaper than the iPad if Apple comes out with a small iPad. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

Correct SGT. The GNex and Viper will have LTE default to being off. If someone has LTE in their area or doesn't and wants their battery to last 2 hours, they can change the setting. Nothing is locked out. Later, when there are more markets going live, they will push out an OTA so the LTE defaults to on and it is up to the user to turn it off if they don't have LTE in their area. Although if LTE is defaulted to on, it won't constantly search for LTE and kill the battery it will be smart about it. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

Don't you guys think that they would want to market that capability instead of keeping it quiet and running it back through the FCC? Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk
  5. I can't say that I have ever felt the need to use both voice and data at the same time. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk
  6. Well, I checked it out and the usb dongle jig works perfectly on the GNex. I shut off the phone, inserted the jig and viola, download mode. Also, the kindle fire cable works for many of the Motorola phones. I looked through the forum and the guy making the cables wrote out a list of Motorola devices that it worked for. 7. I'd have to think that part of it is that sprint wants to eliminate wimax since their contract has sprint paying clearwire a flat fee per month for wimax phones. Whether they are in a wimax area or not. If there were tri band phones they would likely charge more per month. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

I ran my 3D out of the case for about 3 weeks and the camera glass had a few scratches and the aluminum parts had the color rubbed off and I have an office job... That was just from having it in my pocket Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk

Everything looks really BA, but I sure hope that with the camera being raised like that, the glass is recessed. The way the 3D's camera was, if you didn't have a thick case on it, you could easily scratch the glass over the lens, gorilla glass or not. If it is as thin and light as the E4GT and has a unibody, any sales of E4GT will stop almost instantly when this is released.

  12. I think you are thinking of swype. Swiftkey is a regular keyboard that predicts words that you normally use together.
  13. I used to flip my flip phone all the time too.
  14. Another option is the beta of swiftkey. It is available free at their website http://vip.swiftkey.net/index.php?/topic/3375-swiftkey-3-beta-download-phone/ You have to sign up for the forums (they call it swiftkey VIP) to get to it but I think reg price on swiftkey is like $5 or something.
