  1. That sounds like it could be possible, but I wouldn't mess with that until we know exactly what it is. I was actually thinking the exact same thing that you are. -Anthony
  2. I installed the source that was posted a few posts up and installed the commcenter patch. Then I used Digiblur's PRL and the PRL changing method that people use to force roam on Verizon. I'm on mobile so I can't see if you are a Sponsor or not, so I'm not sure if you have access to it. -Anthony EDIT: And, of course, sleep deprevation is getting to me. I'm surprised it took me so long to recognize your name. Since you're a premier sponsor I'm sure you know all about digi's PRL's.
  3. Ah okay, I suppose that makes more sense now. -Anthony
  4. And it seems to act the exact way that I thought it would on the iPhone: it only connects to 1x800 and doesn't connect to 3G or PCS LTE. -Anthony
  5. So i ditched the Verizon force roaming and went straight to using Digi's PRL, and I got this: Seems like ALU is still using the testing SID for 1x800 in the Charlotte Market. Sent from my iPhone 5 using Tapatalk
  6. I have installed the CommCenter patch on my iPhone 5 and am going to first try to force roam onto Verizon (won't keep it that way, just want to try something that I have actually done before). I will report back my results. Wish me luck! -Anthony
  7. There is a water tower on Rocky River Road in between Hickory Ridge Road and Robinson Church Road that has Clearwire equipment on it. I really wish they would convert that to a full NV site to help with the very spotty coverage that they have in the area. -Anthony
  8. It's the little things that can cause the biggest problems! -Anthony
  9. So IF the spectrum WAS adjacent, could a carrier change how much of the 10 MHz goes to downlink and how much goes to uplink? Kind of like the 5x5 to 7x3 that afazel was talking about? -Anthony
  10. My parents and I are an exception to that. Being Northern people who are living in the South, you tend to visit some different grocery stores... -Anthony
  11. I can't answer your questions about PRL's, but I can help out with the sponsor info. Any amount of money donated makes you a sponsor, and that membership lasts for 6 months from your most recent donation. In order to become a premier sponsor, you must accumulate a donation total of at least $100 (although, due to a holiday promotion, you can become a premier sponsor by donating a total of $75 if you donate by midnight tonight). Premier sponsorship does not expire and you get all the benefits a regular member, a sponsor, and a premier sponsor get. Hope this helps! -Anthony
  12. As Robert said, it would have the same capacity as 1 10x10 carrier, but you will still have the maximum theoretical download speed as a 5x5 carrier.
  13. Then that means you haven't surfed the web long enough to know how to avoid the viruses -Anthony
  14. Yeah, I do love how easy it is. I'm just not too big on waiting for it sync for 2 hours because of all the content I have
  15. I have had that same exact problem, and it is quite annoying. -Anthony
  16. CYDIA SUBSTRATE (Mobile Substrate) HAS BEEN UPDATED FOR IOS 7!!!!!!
  17. Yeah I had too, which is why I asked if anyone wanted to try and mess with it now that the update is out, cause I'm not takin the chance . I am NOT willing to go through all of the work of restoring then syncing all my apps/songs again!
  18. iFile had been updated for iOS 7. I'm not sure if that was required to make it so we can flash new prl's, but if it is, who wants to be the first to try and flash a new prl?
  19. (For those who don't see it, allow me to explain, unless I don't see it and I'm just making things up) "The isle of magenta" because T-Mobile only has "islands" of coverage. Let that marinate in your minds for a while...
