  1. Does your phone allow SA NR? The n71 channel is likely smaller than the B2 channel, and if it's used much at all likely produces slower speeds. n41 may not support SA NR just yet in your area, it's still most useful when it has an anchor LTE band.
  2. When you open the app, select "Launch Band Selection." That will open a menu that likely looks familar. Now, swipe from the left, or tap the menu bar at the top. Select "Band Selection" again. This will show you all of LTE and NR bands your phone is capable of receiving. Select the band(s) you want, then toggle "Selection" on the top right. Apologies if you already tried that, but it sounded like you only got to the first menu.
  3. Samsung band selector from the app store should help with that.
  4. Yeah we've identified a ton of keep sites either via PLMN or via actual work permits that T-Mobile has applied for. They're all mapped out in another thread. I appreciate the data you've shared! Service is already pretty good on T-Mobile, should be really good once they have n71 on most and n41 on all sites. Is there any chance you can repost that map with the enbs in Hex mode? Edit: Didn't realize I could sort by the keep PLMN on cell mapper! It is absolutely nuts! I'm seeing new mmWave sites basically every week, and it's been that way for months.
  5. Might have been better off sticking with a Sprint SIM for now. Sprint still has the larger network in Nebraska, though T-Mobile has been quickly permitting Sprint sites for conversion over the last month or two. Nebraska/Iowa information is in the same place it has always been.
  6. New phones that have Sprint SIMs installed are still using the T-Mobile network as the base network, so I don't believe any changes would be necessary. That said, once the Sprint network is totally gone there would be no reason to hold onto the Sprint SIM.
  7. I upgraded several phones recently and all came with a Sprint SIM installed and a TNX SIM in a box on the side. So for the time being, if you order your upgrade through Sprint it is still coming with a Sprint SIM installed, but they include a TNX SIM as well if you want it.
  8. Best I can tell, based on reports here and on Reddit, that is the PLMN for Sprint sites that are still accessible but are not likely to be keep sites. Essentially native "roaming" at this point. Most Sprint lines have been pushed to TNA if you want it or not. Happened to my other lines that don't have 5G phones without me asking for them to do it.
  9. 312-530 is Sprint "roaming" sites. It's native coverage, but it's not a keep site and you only connect if there's little to no T-Mobile coverage. I get this occasionally in NE and KS, I'm on a 5G phone so technically T-Mobile but still a Sprint SIM (TNA).
  10. I chatted with support just to make sure I would have coverage, the agent, unprompted, decided to send me T-Mobile SIMs for all my lines, even though three of them already have them. So... I guess I'll have extras? Ha.
  11. I meant I never put in the T-Mobile SIM. It's just sitting in my kitchen drawer.
  12. Glad I kept the Sprint SIM. Iceland Friday to see a volcano...
  13. I got that email too but all of my lines have been TNA since last fall so I was a little confused.
  14. Must have a lot of use. We only have 40Mhz n41 here but I regularly see speeds 250 - nearly 500Mbps. Aggregated with 20x20 AWS. What was the anchor band, or did you notice?
  15. That is pretty strange. I wonder if something was accidentally turned off in some random update that was turned back on when your profile was updated by moving over to TNX.
  16. Dang, that's practically a small cell, if it weren't for that mess of wires!
  17. Haven't had a voicemail since I got the phone... so not sure. I'll try to note if I do ever get one haha.
  18. Maybe it was just added? Or for some reason the network is pushing you to n71 instead of n41. TNA vs TNX shouldn't make a difference for NSA 5G.
  19. I noticed that when I was there in March. Was on an 80Mhz n41 channel but the anchor bands sucked. On the other hand, also recorded my fasted ever speed at 700Mbps on the neighboring site near Evans and Monaco. B25 + 41 + 41 cropping up here in Omaha on the Sprint keep sites. Had never seen that either until now.
  20. I remember that Textra could ask for a delivered notice. Not sure exactly how that works. Haven't used it in a long time though, Android Messages works fine for me plus get the benefit of RCS.
  21. That's stand alone 5G, or SA 5G, which yes is something TNA doesn't have. But there's not currently a major benefit for SA 5G unless you consistently spend a lot of time on a fringe B71 signal where SA n71 would make a difference. I have no use for that at the present, n71 is much more usable with the anchor 20x20 AWS band here. Not sure why that would be... RCS has been enabled on Sprint devices for a long time... and I still see sent/delivered/read/typing messages even though I'm on TNA.
  22. Not 100%, but fairly certain those antennas don't support B12, so likely never had low band.
  23. That's fair. Very few places around me where I normally travel that AWS/PCS isn't available.
