Well technically 2 different accts...a biz acct (my way stuffs) and then just opened 1 on personal (and yes was approved for 10 lines off the bat ) the only reason i didnt open up 1 on the wifes side...is those 5 on the my way...have no desire to use data.. Which i wish sprint gave an option for people...and i wish they had more basic phones...because no all grand mas, and pas want or need data...nor do their children need to be their IT support as well ask me how i know anyway it was quiet the issue to get sorted out...but we did and now I am trying to decide if i should use my flexibility for evil

I know this may be off topic...i dunno maybe not...and this requires 2 separate accts....sooo like a husband, wife who have kids and inlaws on the acct...and or friends... but for people who have a lot of people on their plan...say 9,10 maybe even wanting more.... if you do a mix of my way, with only those needing voice, and text no data (cuz data is spendy on this plan) and framily...data usage varies..... then you can hit max savings.... I have 5 on the my way no data, and 7 on the framily 2 with the $10...and its $355, for 12 lines...not taking into acct phone purchases...JUST PLAN COST.... there are lots of different needs for people out there...and you just have to move the numbers around to make it work... just a thought

pfft twice as bad...which is sad really....as I said other places..."great concept of a plan and the data packages.....poorly executed, and put out.... " They could...because these other plans say in them .."guaranteed for life" where as the ED and other plans have no such statements ...I would think (and its only my thought, which i have found doesnt match up with them, because its well logical" anyway...should be....once your contracts up, and you dont want to lock in...i would guess you could get a phone that way....i mean, they are financing it with out a % added to it.... if it was me, and i wanted to keep custys....sure keep your plan, by keep buying these phones.... but thats me

well if they are trying to phase out the subsidy idea....THEN THEY NEED TO TRY HARDER!!! Granted my situation is different, and I tried to force some things through.... with that being said....they could make life easier to switch over...and pretty much offer it up to everyone...and not make thngs so cryptic

ok well i got a executive call back tonight...not to bad considering close to end of business day.... And someone in the brain trust of this whole framily BUSINESS side of things, needs an ass kicking basically...it is as follows....oh not counting business types...which i get that part...BUT oh hey invite your family and spouses, and associates etc....BUT YOU GOTTA STOP AT 10!!!! and as nice as this lady was....she couldnt figure out i was trying to explain a tree of sorts...have the CORRECT business type, give them one number, and allow them some set number of lines that were already allowed earlier.. For me it was 30.....well allow me to have 3 groups of 10 under 1 number, and assign separate numbers signaling they are a sub of the main number....NOT THAT HARD!!!! so now I am back to square 1....which is personal lines...which ok its fine whatever...(though i hear they only allow 3-5 for like the 1st 3 mths ) I swear if i dinky carpet cleaner such as myself can figure it out...why cant these guys that went to school and make all this money??? Sigh, try to bring them business, and more lines, and they look at me goofy

and i havent read the "fine print" on the flyer....does it say it on there??? and whats the difference between the 2?? do you know?? ohhh and to many choices in their system..... i am thinking (and maybe they are doing it) that they need to go back to the KISS method and trim some of that shit out

i played with the flex today...its pretty nice....ohhhh has the split screen feature (not as many as a rooted note 2 but) which is one of the features i really liked.... does the g2 have this??? i didnt play with it enough to see... i just dont know about the "curve" feeling...i love how my ballistic case has fit the sg3, and note 2...now they need to make one for the flex...

ok so here is an update to my attempts......and if you are a corp acct...pay attention if you fall under the corp discount of the 17%, for which sprint gives you (kinda like a co-op of sorts for businesses) Then you cant join framily....because there are no discounts.....ok thats fine.....BUT IT WONT RELEASE YOU FROM THAT "SETUP" EITHER..... So i had to put a call into a lady that helped fix the last big mess....and she is checking on how to get me released from that particular grouping.... Its a new setup, and they are still working the kinks out.....and i am use to screw ups, because i always want to jump in to the latest and greatest....so i am use to the hiccups.... i will report back my findings, in case there are any other corp acct people out there

ohhhh do i have a story about an old at&t cordless phone, my GF calling, and waking me up, and a toilet in the end the at&t store in the mall warrantied the phone

This part is no joke....I seriously doubt a memo went out to the call centers, telling them to screw the custys when they call.....they simply do not get it... And I didnt think this was out to retailers yet??? or am i wrong?? As he said, get a rep, or get someone in the store that knows what they are doing....hell walk around and listen in on their sales pitches, you can figure out who knows what... and yes we get the same crap from dish companies, or internet, or any damn utility not over saw by the gov... just depends on what you want to put up with The problem is those 10% that they cant account for in their testing......then it snow balls because they can fix the 90% just not the 10% which makes things suck....... cuz i always fall in the 10% thats what they are there for are to dial the *2 and talk to them while you are there.... Bottom line fix it this way.... PAY WHAT YOU KNOW YOU OWE, AND DOCUMENT IT..... the credits will come, just wait for it... and figure out how to get a rep.....even though they can screw shit up to which is why i am going to a store with a mgr who I KNOW WILL MAKE IT WORK RIGHT....screw the emails...i want face to face that this shit is done.... oh on a side note......that senior rep guy....was getting the unlimited my way confused with the framily... Because thats how it worked ....except is was 50, 45, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20....with the $30 add on for unlimited.... so now you know....because i would have been all up in him for screwing up the 2 plans......guaranteed thats what happened

thought i said band 41 was pretty wide spread, but i guess i didnt.... anyway, most of the travels i do, are in the band 41 zones, and as near as i can tell, they will be in 25 as well for this 1st go round... truth be told, i love my sammy....but i think part of the reason is because on the simple root from digi... and i like the battery pull option, but only need to do it maybe once a mth... and i like the sd card option...but dont pull it out a ton, and could in theory make drop box or the like as a upload pics and what not to

soooo rather then sift through the mounds of crap in all the different phone threads... I thought I would post here and ask... how are they doing??? do they all have the spark update (except the n5 i know) I have been finding bits and pieces....but maybe this could be a good thread to kinda of track real world use... if you can keep it to how its working on 800 voice....and the different bands of LTE.... Because i just saw a screen shot of a 41 connection...very nice... Mainly I am trying to decide if i want to upgrade, or just keep sitting on my note 2.. Thanks

you can bounce back and forth between prls pretty easy i have found.... or rather the one from digi and the stock one.... its REALLY easy actually

might just be what everyone is going to now.... then if/when you do leave they have to cut a check...i dunno though... what i do know...keep your paper work.... they had like a $1200 screw up on mine...took 4 mths to fix.....pay what you "owe" and keep it documented.... mine got fixed and then some.... just sux while its happening
