I work on 96 and 35e in White Bear. They were just installing on the water tower here a week ago. White Bear has some of the better coverage in the twin cities.

Short answer absolutely. Albertville/Otsego is a candidate to get all of the updates 800/1900/2500. 2500 might take a while longer than the other two, though.

Your best bet is definitely to get a dual band device like the iPhone5 or tri band like the g2 or some of the other phones coming out this fall. It really is the right thing to this close to these new devices coming out.

I really hope things open up. I just switched my s3 over to Ting last night in hopes that at best I can directly buy a Nexus 5 for Ting or, at worst, become a new customer on Sprint again.
