Looking at the spectrum holding of Sprint and T-Mobile. With a merger the New T-Mobile will have to divest some spectrum. Unless the govt counts mmWave as a part of the spectrum. -
I don’t know about Jacksonville but Ocala and Gainesville have been seeing tons of b41 upgrades the past two months. Most seem to be the 10 port 2500/800 set up. With others being 8 port 2500mhz only.

I don’t know if in Jax they are doing to 2.5/800 setups but they are definitely still putting 2.5 on sites around town.
Just sucks my LTE connectivity went to shit with this latest iOS update. Taking longer to connect to sites and hangs on to 3G way longer than it should. -
Not much time yet on carrier 32.5.38 (public iOS 12)
But LTE performance appears stronger.

My home cell site is getting band 41. Good to see Sprint is still investing in its network while they pursue a merger with T-Mobile.

In the event the merger doesn’t go through, do you think Sprint will sell some of its band 41 spectrum to T-Mobile? since Sprint needs the $ and T-Mobile needs the high-band spectrum
I hope not. At this point if the merger doesn’t go through. I hope SoftBank sell Sprint to DISH. -

I wouldn’t say worst it like they messed around with the rescan timer. Which it’s making the device to sit on 3G longer before reconnecting to LTE. -
isnt it true that iphones have worse recption compaired to androids?
Up until this update iPhone was better in my opinion. -
Has anyone that has updated to iOS 11.4 noticed a decrease in LTE connectivity? My phone has starting to connect to 3G more. It’s taking long to connect to LTE in places where I would never lose LTE.

Was inside of Walgreens just now, and I noticed that my signal was unusually stronger than normal. Did I field test and got B41 with UARFCN 39874. This particular Walgreens does have a Sprint express booth inside if that info helps any. Just wondering if this is B41 signal came from a small cell or possibly magic box? Any info would be great.

How does everyone feel about people carrying stun guns
I think everyone should have some type of personal protection. Stun guns are great options to defend yourself from attacks. Especially if your in anti-gun states. -

I don't think for a minute that three is really going to be less competitive. Perhaps it may even increase competition as three good sized companies can beat each other up a bit better than two smaller ones can beat up on two bigger ones.

Interesting last summer when we went to Charleston S.C. Sprint was fine to my surprise until we got half way through GA but after that it was long stretches of 3G, 1x800, roaming while Tmobile was on LTE and 4G most of the time. When I tried At&t going back home At&t only lost lte service for like 2 mins the entire 5.5 hour drive. Alot must have changed in the past 9 months
Att is flawless when it comes to holding LTE. Their issue is capacity in some places. The experience is probably better it’s just I have an old device. iPhone 6
