I remember my WiMax Evo 4g... and then my Evo 4g LTE... I always liked HTC. I think that's why I want to go with a Pixel I switched to Fi, but I do like the idea of Sprint teaming up again to make a phone to showcase the network.

So my device decided to not power on anymore today... I think its a sign I need to order a Pixel Called Google support and apparently today was the last day of the 1 year warranty.. YAY, didn't have to use the Nexus protect. I really didn't want to spend $79 more to get a replacement if it was a hardware issue.

I'm in the Phoenix area, and I have Project Fi. I noticed a few months ago that it was showing Band 12 on T-Mobile in Phoenix. That was not even possible until at least last week when TV channel 51 moved to 31. Do you know how accurate the band determination is on a Nexus 5X? I wanted to keep an eye out for when Band 12 is acutally released here, but I know I have to have some false positive information. Is there an engineering screen like there is when I am on Sprint(* # * # DEBUG # * # *)?

The reason it is a problem with Project FI, is that you are using Sprints network, so they have to register your IMEI with Sprint. When Fi does that if flags your phone as a wholesale phone. When you try to bring it back to Sprint, they have issues changing it from wholesale to native Sprint. TMobile and ATT and Verizon do not have this issue.

I went into my *#*#DATA#*#* LTE menu, and I notice that "CA Enabled" is set to off. I'm on Project Fi. I wonder if there is a reason that is disabled.... hmmm

I have to say the bright yellow is hard to read the text. Wonder if you could invert to black text on Yellow. Also i did not notice yellow on LTE or 1x icon in my notification shade, only the ehrpd/evdo icon. I think the color coding is nice, especially once I switch to Project Fi when my 5X arrives. [UPDATED] EDITORIAL: Marcelo, that's not quite what we were thinking "All In" would look like

Did they not realize that limiting streaming is completely against Net Neutrality, and would end up like ATT with a huge fine of $100 Million. Did I miss something from the past few months of FCC decisions? -
Looks like SCP is working on the new Android Lollipop Preview that was released today.

http://www.google.com/nexus/9/ Shows Sprint on the pre-order section. Now if only they showed what bands they use...

Im interested to see what LTE bands it will support. They were very general with the Network specs on the tableb, where the Nexus 6 specifically called out the bands.

Uh oh.... I'm about to be knocked off... Ill have to fix that soon.

Network Vision/LTE - Phoenix Market (including Flagstaff, Prescott)

I have been having issues connecting to the tower by my house. It wont connect to LTE. I have a nexus 5 and tested with EVO LTE and no connection. I had the same issue when we were having the eCSFB issues, but it was working great until this past week or so. -

6LTE updates today. Moving right along! Now if only the tower by my work would be done. It has been dropping signal randomly, is that any indication of anything? I thought i saw them running fiber in the street on 48th and Baseline a week or 2 ago. -
I ordered my SIM on the 5th too, and I checked my order status tonight. Still no shipping. The chat window poped up asking me if I wanted help, so I asked where is my shipment... Hmm, i show it was canceled on the 19th, but I cant see why. They told me to call escalations to get more info on my status. They canceled my SIM order with out telling me, apparently.

We are not officially launched yet in AZ, but I live near the tower on Germann and Dobson (in Chandler), and I was having issues until the last 2 days. My Nexus 5 would usually connect to LTE for a second then drop back to eHRPD. LTE stays connected now, and I received calls and the LTE drops and reconnects when the call ends. Hopefully they upgraded what they needed to in AZ.

My Nexus 5 at my house in Chandler will connect to LTE, then disconnect and drop back to eHRPD/1x. I think we have the eCSFB issue here in PHX. -
I had such a bad time trying to get my phone to activate, I thought I would post it in case anyone else ran into the same issue. I got my phone before I got the SIM and being antsy, I turned it on and set it up. Thinking that I would just put the SIM in and activate and everything would be happy. WRONG. I put the SIM in and it would not connect to Sprint network. I tried doing SCRTN and reseting my MDN and MSID and would still not get my phone to activate. I finally gave up and decided to reset to factory image to see if skipping the initial boot with the SIM would fix it. I boot into the bootloader(I also unlocked my bootloader as soon as I got the phone) and went to boot into recovery...... No Command with a little sad Android Icon. I had to download the image from Google to reset back to factory, and then it worked with no issue. Took about 5 hours to figure that out. Hopefully I save someone some time if this is widespread. I have the White 32GB.

Does this phone use a hardware identifier separate from the SIM to authenticate CDMA? Or did they go with SIM based auth for Voice/3g as well as LTE?
