    I am sure some of this is Marcelo's doing (or inspired by him) but some of it may have been in the works before hand. I don't think Hesse was a roadblock, I think he spent a lot of his time cleaning up the mess that was left by Forsee and fighting an often hostile board of directors.

    Do we know if they have plans to upgrade the back haul (before beginning full build conversions) in Western PA? Even if they don't convert the GMOs for a while that would at least improve the 3G experience.

    Robert had 77 as of mid March (at the time my numbers where not matching). Since then there have been additional acceptances and that number is reflected in the 93.

    Unfortunately there is not a specific map of these locations. They are on the main map, you just need to find them (needle in a haystack). Whenever Robert provides updates that is the easiest time to locate them. Just look on the recent changes map.

    Most of the sites in the Dover have B26 LTE live, recently (from what I can tell) they have begun turning up the power on those sites.
