  1. I live at 151st and Nall, and get constant 4G connections on my EVO LTE phone. Go to the Price Chopper on 151st and Metcalfe, you might need to toggle your phone's airplane mode. The 2 towers I mainly connect to are located at 151st and 69 HWY and 159th and Mission. I also get service I'm sure you've done this, but check and make sure your network is set to LTE/CDMA.
  2. Same here, after upgrade, no more issues!!!

  4. Speed test update: Well tonight, I'm am now getting Sprint 4G LTE in my home office, whereas this morning it would connect, but go to eHRPD quickly. Here are the results tonight: Sprint EVO LTE Download 6614kbps Upload 7601kbps Ping 64ms Verizon Rezound Download 10500kpbs Upload 430kbps Ping 177ms Bars are each 3. Sprint -90dBm Verizon -98dBm* *netmonitor on the rezound which is not ICS, shows connected at 1xRTT while the phone shows 4G. Can Sprint and Verizon be on the same tower?
  5. Sorry, I think they were both about 3 bars, but I don't really recall.
  6. Today I was able to test a Verizon LTE Rezound and the Sprint LTE EVO from the same location. Here is the results: Sprint Download: 6065kbps Upload: 6599kpbs Ping: 62ms Verizon Download: 10867kbps Upload: 3907kbps Ping: 117ms

    LTE IS LIVE!

Sprint must be continuing to work on the network, This morning, when I toggled my airplane mode, I connected LTE to the two nearest towers, but it quickly went to eHRPD and have not been able to connect LTE since. This was at 151st and Nall in OP.

    LTE IS LIVE!

Have not been able to connect 4G from home, so went to the location where I had previously connected 4G ( 135st and Neiman). I connected 4G after toggling to CDMA and back to LTE. I tried to do a speed test, but it would not complete. There is more work to be done in this area...
  9. After today's OTA update, I looked in the LTE Available file, which had been empty since I cleared it, and it now has a record. 0. SID:4139 NID:42 BSID:785 Has the top always said CDMA List?
  10. I had the same problem and just downloaded it again.

    PRL 25005

Recieved new PRL 25005 today, Had to do a manual update to get it.. What tool does one use to see the differences?
  12. Any guesses on the exact time Sprint will throw the switch on July 15th, and turn on LTE? Mine is 3am!
  13. Found this article today on CNBC website. http://www.cnbc.com/id/48049386
  14. Just wondering, Is a tower that connects eHRPD already upgraded?
  15. Was someone hoping a little when they said "on or before July 15th" or do they have additional information? I only see on July 15th in the press release.
  16. Went back to the area where I picked up LTE, It only connected 3G, and there is still no entries in the file. I suspect you have to actually connect to get a record inserted in the file.

    PRL

Why when I do a prl update, it says it was updated, but the version doesn't change? Does it really update it?
  18. File is still empty this morning. I will drive by the location where I made the LTE connection, and see what happens then.
  19. I have cleared the file, and currently connected eHRPD. The file is empty and has been that way for the last 5 minutes. I will check it again when I get back to overland park where I know there it's lte and let you know what happens.
