  1. I'd be surprised if it doesn't get KitKit shortly. However, I'm typing this from my Torque on 4.1.2 JB......
  2. I entered a bunch of missing BIDs that dkyeager had previously PM'd me. This thread still lives!!
  3. Those PRLs do scan for 1x800, but usually only if 1900 is unavailable
  4. I called a friend that's a tech a Sprint and was told they no longer offer an option if your screen is busted; gotta go through insurance or SOL. Although, if you're within 30 days of activation, you can still add insurance.....
  5. Have you called a corporate Sprint Service & Repair store to check repair prices? I thought they had some flat rate screen repair price. I'd be curious to know what Sammy direct charges as well. Good luck!!
  6. There's a good chance your bet can be confirmed, but you'd have to become a Premier member for us to discuss Clear or B41 further with you. You did get credit for your find (thanks!), and credit has been given to you in our Clear tracking Spreadsheet & Map found here: http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/6200-cincinnati-market-clearwire-td-lte-2600-b41wimaxexpedience-mapspreadsheet/
  7. 00C (currently) indicates Clear B41 in the Cincy market Much more on Clear B41 in the Premier forums......
  8. Does it say Spark or have anything different on the battery cover? Do you have the spinning Wal-Mart logo for LTE? thx
  9. If you could get any SCP screenshots showing address/BID it would be appreciated for any towers in that area, even if no 4G
  10. There are numerous sites transmitting B26 in Ohio. More info can be found in the Premier section of the forum, including a B26 acceptance map.
  11. I believe the YouTube issue may be caused by the RSTP server Sprint uses. Blank it out in ##DATA# under Multimedia and that should help
  12. It also makes a difference if the device is a world phone on the PRL set. Previous generations of PRLs were needed because some devices have LTE and some don't, as well as some have 800 EMSR, some don't.
  13. In the same note, I did another ##786# on my Torque to wipe my data before taking it to a Sprint store, and it fixed my Chameleon error with SCP. I had no other problems with it other than it lost the Sprint bootscreen and replaced it with Android, so I knew my software got corrupted somehow.
  14. Have any of you had success doing BYOSD with the MiFi 500?
  15. Got screenshots. Still can't figure out how to set priority.
  16. A friend of mine recently purchased the Vibe on Sprint and brought it over to my house for me to try. First off, the earpiece SUCKS. Just AWFUL, quite, and tinny. At first, when he was complaining to me about the earpiece, I thought he wasn't used to the Smart Sonic receiver or HD Voice. Nope, it's just sounds like a blown flip-phone speaker. I did disable HD Voice and it became somewhat tolerable. I'm hoping he has defective hardware, but I'd like to hear what everyone else's thoughts are on the earpiece if you have a Vibe or have used one. So yes, Sprint's webstore page is wrong- the Vibe 100% has functional HD voice. If anyone cares, it can do Direct Connect as well. B41 & B26 are enabled by default in the ##DATA# settings. After getting the MSL (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.unlockgods.kyc), I was able to get to the band priority screen; it shows all 3 bands and check boxes next to them, with no apparent way to put them in any type of order. Suggestions? I didn't notice any dBm difference side-by-side with my Torque.
  17. I believe the site to be off of Princeton Rd, based on the GCI. Please double-check and post on the Map/Spreadsheet thread (http://www.s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/6135-Cincinnati-Market---Map/Spreadsheet). Thanks!!
  18. Spreadsheet updated with all of dkyeager's finds BIDs posted in the Sponsor thread, along with some I had been holding on to as well. In addition, I had around 30 sites that had different SCP addresses than what we have listed for the tower address. I did not research any of the addresses to see if recommended to update our address; I put them all in the Notes section of the Sponsor spreadsheet.
  19. You are simultaneously connected to an Airave for voice and a Sprint tower for LTE. You should find out who has an Airave in your area and kindly tell them it may no longer be needed [emoji41]
  20. Would any part of the PLMN request require SU or root access? I'm still convinced that I have a bad firmware flash from Sprint but just trying to eliminate possibilities.
  21. I've noticed the first few days of a tower coming online with LTE that it appears to be capped at 15Mbps. Try again in a few days and you'll probably be seeing closer to 30Mbps speed [emoji41]
  22. I'm not on a custom ROM, but I am rooted. I've talked to other Torque users using SCP and they are not having the 'Chameleon' problem I'm having, so I would assume it's something related to my specific Torque. I called a Sprint friend of mine and they're going to reflash it next week when I have time. Anywho, I decided to try previous versions of SCP to see where it brakes, and it's @ v4.18- it goes to unknown. V4.19 says Chameleon. I'm now using old v4.17 because it shows Sprint. Funny you mentioned a provisioning issue- I had a hell of a time getting data to provision. Had to manually program it for voice first since it wouldn't auto provision, then I got it to finally provision by hitting ##72786# I did just try a profile update and it didn't change anything.
