  1. I'm still waiting on more to pop up in North County. Been driving by those areas a lot lately, and nothing as of yet.
  2. Here's one in Encinitas (North San Diego County) where I was picking up B41. Site SD73XC145 http://s10.postimg.org/yfgp6qhgp/20150323_191556.jpg
  3. LOL! That was where I posted from sitting in my car underneath it lol.
  4. I went back to the site in Encinitas this afternoon that has B41, and did another speed test. I located the site which is located in a church tower. Couldn't really see equipment looking up. In the parking lot of the church, TMO and ATT share the same site, which has their own antennas on light posts, along with their labeled cabinets. Speed test comaprison between last Friday and today below being a few hundred feet away from the site. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/opz64h7a8crrlqj/AABgPrFEIDfRzX0L0wo2iU_wa?dl=0
  5. I need to hunt the one down in Encinitas. I know there are a couple sites very close to one another in that area I spotted.
  6. Reporting that Encinitas has a live B41 site. Was sitting at traffic light at the intersection of Sante Fe Dr/El Camino Real when I noticed! https://www.dropbox.com/sh/4vhsb3kjlsn0r70/AACZfSxShZat_uif0cVe7G5Na?dl=0
  7. Does anyone have a current apk of the old Sensorly? I seen a link in earlier pages in this discussion, but it didn't work.
  8. Was in Carlsbad on Poinsettia a little after 5 pm, and had 1x for 2-3 miles. Just walked out of Walmart in Oceanside that's on the 76, and don't know what the heck is going on. No service period in the area. I live about 4 miles away. There is a site a few stores down from Walmart that has a permit for B41. When service comes on, which is no longer than 1 minute, I was seeing -82 dBm LTE, then service goes out, and see -58 dBm 3G. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5glrh5zoodicam2/AACPLMFBYCYMFG0qBgLmOu4ea?dl=0

  10. An open ticket number was given. Drove by earlier this evening, and didn't see anything. Decided to drive over to another site that was also 3G accepted the same time as this tower I'm connected to. It's on a powerline. When I got there, I was picking up LTE sitting in my car pretty much parked underneath it while taking a speed test. Here's what I got. Can anyone explain this type of site setup? https://www.dropbox.com/sh/sz6vn35mt4e1tcv/AABCFz2p0s3Mcp9J2TEYzUrea?dl=0
  11. Well, another outage, same tower.
  12. Does anyone else run into a brick wall when trying to share S Health results in chart form on Facebook? I can't figure out how the heck to fix this. When I want to share, no chart appears, just text form results of calories burned, and heart rate. The only thing I can think of, is just taking a screenshot of results, and post it, but the problem with that is not being able to capture the entire chart in the screenshot.
  13. I've been getting a lot of bouncing around from having data to just 1x since Friday evening here at home, when not on Wifi. Screenshots are from this afternoon. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/w9iw4fjfl7m4th4/AABp7UnS9BzLQ51ux5y5GT-0a?dl=0
  14. Early this morning I noticed having LTE signal at -111 dBm a little after 8am in car about 3 blocks away from my place and that site. Since getting great 3G service, I've noticed a different BSL location 3 days ago (Coronado Dr) when bouncing around. Vineyard St was always the main BSL. So I decided to do a PRL update at exactly 9pm inside the house. At 9:04 pm, I stepped out the front door. At 9:06 pm, picked up LTE -115 dBm walking another 4 or 5 feet from front door. Other than that, majority of the night after 8pm the last 2 nights, my 3G signals is at a very stable -78 dBm to -83 dBm on average stuck on the Coronado Dr BSL. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/4um3jf811yg6ilv/AACFSEbX5ZXO-PNvNwkUA10pa?dl=0
  15. Thanks for the helpful info! I've been trying to figure this one out for a long time. We have a handful of "stealth sites" like this in North San Diego County. Since the 3G acceptance, I've noticed very fast 3G speeds, especially inside my place. I've been getting anywhere from -77 dBm to -86 dBm being on 3G last couple of weeks. And for the first time this morning when i walked out the door around 6am for work, I noticed an immediate handoff to LTE and had a signal of -112 dBm. Still can't get any LTE inside the house. Never could.
  16. Well, looking at the updated maps for 3/9, I see it has been 3G accepted.
  17. After 3 1/2 days without having any voice or text over the weekend throughout parts of today, due to a tower outage 2 blocks or so from me that I'm always connected to. Data worked just fine throughout the outage. It's an old light pole site. So this evening, everything is working again. So my question is, for a site like this I took pics of, will someone please explain what am I looking at antenna wise, etc... And what would need to be done for a site like this to be upgraded to LTE? And my last question is, since voice and text are now working again, what was done to this tower? There is another Sprint light pole site about 3 miles away, had some old cables like this one, was recently upgraded to LTE. When I last drove by it, all I noticed was new black cables. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/wyo8jqvux80h6i7/AAAZmAx0C5wy9chEGy5IEQPea?dl=0
  18. Ok, here's my situation. Got home from work Friday evening on 3/6 a little after 6:30 pm. About an hour later, I noticed I couldn't make or receive calls, texts, but had only data. Didn't make a big stink about it at first, and figured I probably needed to update everything. Did that, nothing. Got on Sprint chat that same evening, made my case to rep. Of course, got a run around at first saying call tech help, or go to a Sprint store in morning to go get phone looked at. So I told the chat rep, this isn't a phone issue, and a tower nearby that I usually connect to must be down. Then I gave him some info from SignalCheck Pro what I was seeing on my side, like 1xRTT popping up here and there, etc................ That was over his head, so he finally gave in and looked into they system to see if a tower is down as I requested. 2 minutes later, he says all is good, nothing is wrong, and will give me a $15 credit. Ok.............. I turned on roaming, and couldn't get anything either. So I decided to use Wifi Calling for the first time to resolve my issues, and reported info on Sprint Zone app also. Yesterday, 3/7. Called in this time still on Wifi Calling. Spoke with another rep, gave same info. Rep looks into the situation. Found that a tower 2 blocks from me is down right off the bat, and told me there has been many other reports coming in. Got 2 open ticket numbers. Then I was told that the tower is scheduled to be fixed by techs on 3/10/15 before 9pm. So earlier this evening, I decided to walk over to this site to go see if anything new was installed. It's a very old light pole site. There's a LTE live tower about half a mile to a mile away, but I'm on the fringe, and can only get 3G. As for this light pole site, I took some pics. Can anyone please tell me what I'm looking at here antenna wise? If it were to be upgraded to B25, what would be done on a site like this? https://www.dropbox.com/sh/wyo8jqvux80h6i7/AAAZmAx0C5wy9chEGy5IEQPea?dl=0
  19. Well for the past half hour, I can't text or call out.
  20. Gotcha. I was wondering what to look for description wise, with 800 Mhz being in the area. Thanks for that explanation.
  21. That bottom on Tower 2 rack was my for sure guess when I was looking at it thinking it was Sprint, after seeing many pics and discussions here on how to spot, but wasn't 100% sure. I guessed right then lol
  22. I was on Camp Pendleton earlier this afternoon visting a friend near the front gate of the base. There is a site there you can also see from the 5 freeway heading north and south while passing by that has been LTE live for a while. Before leaving the base, I decided to stop by and take a look. There were 2 towers beside one another. Couldn't really identify which one is Sprint's. Had SignalCheck running standing in between the 2. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3hrbol9ovjknoh6/AABa0zCgaXrbpDzp6hSHMccpa?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/sh/af61wctvbr101s3/AAAXM-AGvXltzdbjmC2r2fXYa?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/sh/alpsb8e1ofvbttz/AADqKeKCY6qWtrCSer5U6HM5a?dl=0
  23. I hope more focus will be North County soon. I see parts of Pendleton has been firing up LTE pretty quickly, compared to the sites off base. Pretty much those missed out locations in Oceanside as mentioned earlier.
