  1. How much revenue will this deal generate for Sprint?
  2. After buying Sprint shares near $6, my position has enjoyed a healthy appreciation. Since the market rewarded today's quarterly report, I will probably be in hold mode for the long-haul; don't know if there are any downward catalysts left aside from overall market events.

    Photon q

I have been satisfied for 6 months; bought the Photon Q used off of eBay.
  4. Excellent 4G LTE deep within my hotel and room on Stoneridge Drive in Columbia. 11mb/s download 3 mb/s upload
  5. Good rally today due to analyst upgrades. I sold off part of my position for a slight profit, but stand ready to buy if the price dips to $6 again.
  6. I fly into Bradley Airport tonight and then head to the New Haven area for a few days. Hope the LTE is ready for me.
  7. I now hold Sprint at an average cost of $6.27 If I soon free up funds elsewhere, I will buy more shares at $6 or less.
  8. I was on Greystone Boulevard last week for a stay at Homewood Suites. I guess I just missed the LTE.
  9. Clearwire's spectrum is important years down the road, but the most important need is 3G/4G on 800MHz everywhere. I should not have to worry about voice/data connection in any non-rural area/building. In the meantime, SoftBank should help investors by buying more Sprint shares.
  10. I would be happy with 200% of his salary.
  11. The only detail was Hesse comparing old Sprint stock versus new Sprint stock.
  12. Tell that to the stock price!
  13. Useable 3G in my hotel room in Emporia, VA. 1.1mb/s download 0.6 mb/s upload
  14. SoftBank extends Hesse's contract through 2018 http://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/news/2013/09/23/softbank-re-signs-sprint-ceo-contract.html Here's a rundown of Hesse's current contract with Sprint, according to the filing: Contract term: Ends July 31, 2018 Annual salary: $1.2 million Bonuses: Plan allows for a "targeted opportunity" that's 200 percent of Hesse's annual base salary and a maximum award equal to 200 percent of the targeted opportunity, plus a long-term incentive compensation plan. Also similar to Hesse's prior contract, the new agreement lays out terms for Hesse if SoftBank terminates him without cause or if he resigns for "good reason." Here are Hesse's terms for an eligible exit: Noncompete agreement: Two years Salary: Hesse would continue to receive his base salary for two years. Bonuses: He would receive a prorated payment under the short-term incentive plan based on when he leaves the company. Benefits: He could continue certain benefit plans. Hesse also is eligible for certain severance protections — as much as $8.6 million — if he leaves Sprint within 18 months of the July SoftBank merger.
  15. Despite institutional and insider buying, Sprint stock has continued to fall in the short-term. Why? I bought today's dip at $6.08
  16. Any news on a Sprint successor the the Photon Q?
  17. The Dakotas are a dynamic part of America and currently the fastest growing part of the country. Great move!
  18. Good. I have accumulated a position in Sprint at $6.37 Softbank's share purchases help provide a floor for Sprint's stock price.
  19. $227K. That was the median pay for outside directors at large companies last year. http://blogs.wsj.com/riskandcompliance/2013/09/17/corporate-directors-get-more-cash/
  20. I am scheduled to head back to Fort Gordon in June 2014 for training.
  21. What is their annual compensation and time commitments?
  22. Sure there were fun times, but I much more enjoy doing adult things with adult people as well as being able to take care of family, God, and country. Unless you have money and connections, you really can't get things done until you pass age 18.
  23. Correction: High School sucks.
