That is just 4G data limits. 3G is limited to the data plan limit you sign up for.

I saw something about that on the Nevada DMV website over a week ago.

And Eric, the data cards on Virgin will have unlimited 4G usage for those in WiMax service areas. I thought that is a very cool feature too.

I had to factory reset two ipod touch's to get them to update. I can't tell you how much I hate itunes. After that nonsense I told the kids I am not touching apples garbage again, they are on their own.

I thought that was how it worked... LOL I always end up having to reset the wife's ipod to update it.

Wow, you guys have really had a hard time restoring iPods. The only reason I have to do anything different with my iPhone is I have a special baseband on it that a normal update would crash on. But at least it retains it's carrier unlock capabilities. Plus it keeps it's value higher despite 2 newer generations of iPhone available.

Not odd if Apple is going to announce the new iPhone at WWDC' date=' which is just a few weeks away now. However I think it is just a generic marketing blurb, because IMHO Apple will keep the 4 around as the basic "free" handset.[/quote']

 

That's what I thought too. But I don't think the next iPhone will be previewed at WWDC. Just iOS 6.

I've never really played with a phone bigger than a 4.3" screen yet, so I guess I'll have to really check one out. I do like the Viper and may still be getting one before this weekend.
