    T-Mobile went this route before when they jointly operated a network with Cingular. In the end Cingular bought AT&T wireless and had to give T-Mobile the joint network. Maintenance costs went up, and now they sold their towers to Crown Castle. Joint ventures don't work out too well. Cingular was a joint venture, and now look at them. Ma Bell's cash cow slave.     It could be anything from a power outage to someone went and dug and severed a fiber line because they weren't paying attention, to an issue at the switch, or even too many users using that site all at once.     It seems to me when I drove thru Kingman last Thursday that backhaul hasn't been done there yet. It's crazy to me. And when Network Vision is complete, 1X/EVDO/LTE will all run thru the new backhaul. Hopefully soon it will all come into place, but not before I come back thru on Monday.     At the bottom of the list is the current serving cell for EVDO and/or LTE depending on what technology you are on. I wish Planetbeing hadn't done it that way, but he did., but I sure do love Signal 2, especially since my Field Test 1x field won't fully load.
