  1. Note that network.sprint.com does not show all Sprint sites. Just the ones with planned or recent upgrades. So either the site has completed upgrades, or they planned upgrades have been removed. It does not mean that there is no longer a Sprint site there anymore. Robert

  4. No way. That's not going to happen. Chicago will not be launched prior to work at least starting in the Loop. Also, there are so many sites waiting for backhaul. The end of September at the earliest. And it may be October. Sprint hasn't even announced the market is being worked on. Baltimore will be the next market launch. 5. I don't see unlimited ending anytime soon. It will just be for smartphone consumption though. The days of unauthorized tethering and people consuming 40GB+ per month are just about over though. The new network controls easily allow Sprint to identify unauthorized tethering and abuses and shut them down or throttle them. Authorized tethering will still be allowed. However, tethering is subject to data caps. I think its 5GB per month. That will help protect the network and allow unlimited to last much longer into the future. 6. I can attest that the background noise filtering on the EVO LTE is nothing short of awesome and exceeds the quality of GS3. The GS3 has improved over the GS2 series, but the EVO LTE is in a class by itself. It's also not limited to just the phone. The video camera is also just as stellar. 7. I have no reason to believe that anything will be online early in the Minnesota market at this time. Likely any work that may be occurring now is not anything that will have a significant overall impact to the schedule. Robert via CM9 Kindle Fire using Forum Runner

  9. That site was one of the very first completed...back in March. It went live on July 12th before the market launch. Did you cycle your CDMA/LTE recently? Robert
  10. In Santa Fe, they don't even like stealth sites. Robert
  11. Each half year is broken down into Rounds. There are Four Rounds in Network Vision. First Round markets mostly started in the 1st Half of 2012, Second Round in the 2nd Half of 2012, 3rd Round is 1st Half of 2013 and 4th Round is 2nd Half of 2013. There is a little variability, but that's pretty much what they mean. Phoenix market is still looking like it will start this Winter. The design has finished up. Now they are working on final planning, scheduling and permitting. Robert
  12. How do you figure St. Louis is before Louisville. They look like they will be around the same time to me: http://s4gru.com/index.php?/blog/1/entry-158-is-sprint-going-to-show-up-sooner-in-the-show-me-state/ http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/212-network-visionlte-deployment-running-list/ Robert
  13. I don't have one created. And we are limited to only 30 sites in a map. So there are too many sites to create a full Atlanta coverage map. I could create a neighborhood or area map with up to 30 sites. Which area do you want? Robert via CM9 Kindle Fire using Forum Runner
  14. I watch my phone scan 850 when my PCS signal gets poor. Wouldn't it treat 800 SMR the same? Robert via CM9 Kindle Fire using Forum Runner
