Bump. Getting some angry messages. I'm really busy folks. Please be patient with me. Robert via Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

You do realize that's the speed of Tmo 2G, right? So that's the max you ever would have. At least on Sprint 3G, you can get up to 2.65Mbps. And you can get LTE when you travel. Whereas if you use Tmo 2G, that's all you'd have even when you travel into Tmo LTE coverage. Robert via Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I am going to be in Minneapolis and Philadelphia this week. Looking forward to trying the different radio combinations and band tests. Robert via Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

Just a reminder to everyone about my limited availability. I've received a few messages of impatience with my untimeliness in responding. This week is going to be exceptionally busy for me. Please don't ask me questions publicly in a forum. I will likely not be able to respond. I am only responding to messages that I can respond to from thought in just a few words. If it is something I have to go look up, or will take more than a minute or two to answer, I likely will not be able to respond for weeks, if at all. Thank you for your understanding. Robert

It probably harmed performance on another network. Sprint had no issues with the last iteration they tested. Someone else other than Sprint had to have balked. It may be even something Google discovered themselves. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro

Yes. We currently aren't releasing any 2nd carrier deployment info. You are free to discuss in any forum. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro

Sprint to join Rural Operators Roaming Hub (CCA and RRPP thread)

If it's treated native, then I don't expect any roaming indicators. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro -
I just look at my Verizon friends, and flip them the bird with my hand turned sideways. And then I ask them, "Can you hear me now?" And when they give me a look, I say, "Let me turn that up for you!" And then I twist my flip off hand upright. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro

One of the reports I get infrequently includes EVDO carrier adds to sites. Hopefully it will include B25 carrier adds too. I'll watch it closely to see if anything appears in Chicago next week. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro

Sprint to join Rural Operators Roaming Hub (CCA and RRPP thread)
S4GRU replied to marioc21's topic in General Topics
I believe Android has a separate icon call out for Roaming LTE. Unless Sprint saves the Spark icon over that too, you probably will know when you're LTE roaming. But the best way would be to watch Signal Check Pro. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro -
There is no technical Spark issues remaining to be resolved. Sprint has soak tested and approved. The ball is completely in Google's court. Spark is not the reason for the delay in Google holding the OTA. We will get it when Google is darn ready. Robert via Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

It's not ALL this talk. Not very many people have subscribed to the idea at all, really. Robert via Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

We all are at the mercy of Google at this point. Robert via Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I can't make an educated guess. But I'm hoping within 90 days. Sprint specifically included the nTelos logo in their CCA presentation of carriers that they will offer LTE with. So it will happen. It's just a matter of when. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro

Then these articles are grossly misleading. They probably even compared the VZW and ATT cash payout compensation versus Sprint CEO all benefits in. Maybe not even an apples to apples comparison. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro

Most of it was stock? Well, this is much ado about nothing then. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro

It probably is automatic based on the metrics of his contract. I don't think he would have received it otherwise. We always say in my business 'you make your best deal going in.' Network performance is probably not one of the metrics. However, churn or customer counts probably are. But just one of many factors. Last year was a huge year for Sprint. Let's see what 2014 think of Dan Hesse's leadership. Masa is the judge. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro

Premier Sponsors need to post Band 26 and Band 41 info in the Premier Sponsor section. Even if they obtain it. Only non Sponsors can post their information they obtain in public sections. Sponsors and Premier Sponsor use our info every day to help them. It's the foundation they use to search. It's what drives them to even want to search. And thusly, you should post that info you obtain back in the appropriate Sponsor categories when you find it. If the information is given away, it will be the end of S4GRU. Why would anyone Sponsor the site? Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro

You're talking about the existing Sprint/nTelos agreement. I'm talking about the new CCA parternership that Sprint has with regional providers all around the country. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro

I don't get ads with the Pro Version, except once between app updates. I think they mistakenly put it into one variation of the Pro version and removed it after discovering their error. As for the Free version, it is what it is. Tapatalk will profit off people one way or the other, I suppose. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro

Time for some moderation. I am going to clean up some posts. It's becoming political and the originating post has nothing to do with Chicago Network Vision. C'mon folks. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro
