  1. I am so excited about being able to map LTE and NR at the same time from the same devices with a second SIM!!! So glad I bought a dual SIM device. Robert
  2. Ahh, yes. Never considered battery optimizations. I don't use them. Knowing my daughter, she has tweaked them significantly. Thanks everyone. Robert
  3. On Saturday I completed a last minute drive from Olympia, Washington to Greeley, Colorado to get my daughter and son-in-law home after visiting for Christmas. They got hung up in that Southwest Airlines fiasco and couldn't make it home. I used my Google Pixel 7 Pro and laid down the T-Mobile 5G NR trail. I also used my work phone (Kyocera DuraForce Ultra 5G) and laid down a Verizon LTE trail. Both laid down a pretty steady trail the whole way there and back, especially the Pixel. My daughter mapped the Tmo LTE on the way down for me. She used her Samsung GS22. It did not leave such a steady trail. Pretty intermittent. She then went from Greeley, Colorado to LaGrange, Wyoming after I dropped her off. We both had our phone screens on the whole time and left SCP running. My phones weren't doing anything except running Android Auto and Spotify. She was doing random things, like watching YouTube videos, reading news articles, texting, Spotify (because she doesn't always like what Dad was playing). I don't recall ever have issues mapping when I do random things with my phone. But I don't tend to do that a lot. Since I am busy driving most of the time. I just leave SCP alone to do its thing. However, was this an S22/SCP issue or more about her usage that created the pretty poor mapping experience? Robert
  4. Native. Right out of the box. I put it in NR only mode and it connect to n71 for 30 seconds and then latched right onto to n25. Glorious. Been n25 SA sailing ever since. Robert
  5. When I am in NSA mode, I have the same experience as you. Almost always n41. But in SA mode, that's when it likes to grab n25 and stay there. It's weird. Robert
  6. In the South Sound area of Western Washington, n25 seems to be the dominant NR band in SA mode. At least on my Pixel 7 Pro. It will start out in n71, but as soon as it whiffs out n25, it latches on and doesn't want to let go. It will hand off n25 with after site until it encounters a site without n25, then will land on n71. And rarely n41. Doesn't seem I can connect to n41 while driving, unless I am being handed over to a site that has n41 but no n25. Which is uncommon down here, but more common up the Sound. If I am stationary, and pushing a lot of data, then I will get moved over to n41 SA. Robert
  7. I was successful to sign in and upload with two devices! WOOT!! Robert
  8. OK. Now site back up and connected. I log in. I see my Google Pixel 7 Pro device listed. I try to sign in using the app. Get the login error null issue. I go in and delete my device from the list on the website. Verified it is removed from the list. I go back and try to sign in again using the app. NULL Verified that the device reappeared when I added in the device list. It is there. Robert EDIT: And I have tried doing a force stop, hard reboot and try signing in all fresh. Same problem.
  9. I am getting a "Site cannot be found" error trying to go to the website page. I tried on my local work ISP and T-Mobile network. Robert

Wow, I have a totally different experience with my Pro 7. Maybe because I came from a 2 year old LG V60? I'm loving mine. The screen. The camera. Everything is better, except not being able to control bands with a dialer code. Robert
  11. I'm an introvert. Hate talking on the phone. I try to do everything chat first. But I will spend hours trying to figure something out myself rather than talk to someone. LOL Robert
  12. Yeah, I had the same issue with my LG V60. It would not connect to any standalone NR except n71. That's why I switched to the Pixel 7 Pro. Was getting frustrated not being able to connect and map those SA bands. Robert
  13. I found Triband SA NR live in the Portland/Vancouver/Hillsboro area this past weekend. Logged SA n41 and n25, as well as the ubiquitous n71. Robert
  14. LGs could natively lock NR bands without rooting. Just dialer code. Ahh, I miss LG. Robert
  15. On the Pixel 7 Pro I can tell you it is now report SA n41 and SA n25 correctly. Robert

Any way to lock a band? I can lock a technology using *#*#4636#*#* But I can't find a way to lock bands, Robert

My battery life is slightly less than my LG V60 with one screen. But better than when I am in Dual Screen mode. Do you know how to access Engineering screens? None of the other Pixel codes seem to work on it. Likely because of the Tensor processor. Robert
  18. So far so good. Was able to connect to SA n41 and n25. However, SCP reports it as n71. Cellmapper seems to be getting it right though. Robert

My Pixel 7 Pro arrived today. This thing is beautiful! Too busy working to really set it up. Robert
  20. Yes, still true. Tmo decides Roaming site by site on other networks. Can be very frustrating. Robert
  21. Can't stand not being able to connect to SA n41 and n25. I ordered a new Pixel 7 Pro. Should arrive today. I am hoping it will connect! Robert
