Any idea who's tower this is

I've noticed a few of these popping up in my neighborhood in the last week, saw a crew adding new telephone polls with these on Monday by my work. You can clearly see wires going to it. Just curious, hope it's Sprint.

I'm no expert but I've seen some like that before and the wires went to a nearby T mobile cabinet mounted on a pole.

That's MetroPCS/T-Mobile. Crews are most likely upgrading the cabinets.

Does your signal level spike when you get close to it? Sprint said they'll install b25/b41 small cells eventually.

Verizon is doing a lot of small cell deployment, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's theirs.

The only companies that have announced they will use Ericsson small cells are AT&T (Ericsson Radio Dot platform) and Verizon (standard micro RBS/RRUS). T-Mobile is macro-focused for now, but will announce small cell contract awards next year. Sprint, of course, uses Nokia in Ericsson territory.

Ericson doesn't have 8T8R equipment if I recall correctly. That and NSN's equipment was already proven in their commercial deployment for China Mobile.
