If Sprint announces the completion of NV 1.0, we'll know that they're planning on never offering LTE in San Francisco or the Upper Central Valley

The only thing that has happened is HTC's event which we just found out the HTC One W8 is a Verizon exclusive.

I'm guessing 5:30 or 6:00 Eastern based on increased twitter chatter.
