I find it interesting too. I just don't understand those that think this is a "smoking gun". It looks like a good analysis done by a Company to figure where it's product falls short versus the leader in the industry.

Well it looks like your standard strategic benchmark. When in business, one of the first things you do is size up the competition. You try to improve on what they do right and avoid the things they do wrong. I mean seriously, in an industry with many players, what business doesn't do this?

Its funny that we understand it but it would be best if Samsung did some work to explain it,maybe even show some examples where they have done it with televisons or other products. Never underestimate a jurys lack of intelligence
