Can anyone recommend a good call blocking app?

So whats a good call blocking app? My past is catching up with me and I need to block some numbers. I know I can do it from my sprint account but I would rather just use an app that would give me a little bit more control and more options. I also use to have my number integrated with google voice which had decent options for call blocking but google voice can act like its possessed at times so thats not an option either. So any suggestions? I've seen quite a few apps on the play store but I don't feel like trying all of them.

Mr. Number by far is the best Call Blocking so far. Haven't found one that blocks numbers as good.

I may have to give that one a try, thanks for the suggestion.

I kinda like Extreme Call Blocker Droid. It's a little pricey (for an app) at $6, but the features are nice.

Mr. Number, it's free, but I don't like that it replaces your dialer and SMS apps.

I have never blocked calls so forgive my asking... is there a reason to use an another app over just blocking them in the people app on the phone, assuming you are still using the people app?

I haven't researched much as far as android apps go but back in my winmo days there was an app that would give you all sorts of crazy options. I can't remember the name of the app but it allowed you to send a call straight to voicemail, or simply answer and hang up so it doesn't go to voicemail. You could even set it up to automatically send specific text messages to specific numbers when they called. You could even block all numbers from a particular area code if you wanted too, all this also applied to sms as well and it all would take place behind the scene without you being disturbed. You wouldn't even know the app was running in the back ground if you didn't know it was there. You could, at any time, check the apps log to see any activity that took place.

The app is called call master and this thing is beast. Exactly what I am looking for.
