Dfarley
This may be outdated or irrelevant at this point but I came across the attached document when searching for information on google. I don't have the time nor the knowledge to really make any sense of this, but if anybody out there wants to take a look feel free to. It's 96 pages in total, so go get a cup of coffee and have at it! Dfarley
Band 26 is 814-849 MHz x 859-894 MHz. In other words' date=' it includes 10 MHz x 10 MHz from SMR 800 MHz contiguous with the 25 MHz x 25 MHz of Cellular 850 MHz for a total of 35 MHz x 35 MHz. AJ[/quote'] Sorry, I should have mentioned in my previous post (with attachment) that I was respoding to the inquiries about the Canadian border zone. The 96 page communication seems to outline a tentative agreement between the US FCC & Canadian equivalent, I'm just not educated enough (nor do I have enough patience) to sift through it all to try and make sense of it. I live & work within the border zone so I'd really like to see what comes of this as I think the 800 MHz band would make a dramatic difference in this area (even if only for 1x) so if anybody out there can make sense of the letter I posted then I'd be interested in the analysis.
