It seems the issue some are having is market related. The "patch" fix on reddit is to disable B41 and 25 and 26 work fine. That isn't an ideal "patch" Mine is working fine around Milwaukee but a friend in Chicago had to disable it. Lots of very slow or no data connection detected problems. Someone on Sprint's community forums said they spent a weekend in Indianapolis and had no issues and returned to Chicago, and issues started again. It isn't just in Chicago though the problems.

Probably already have done it but make sure you install the software update. It is supposed to improve camera and fingerprint. I haven't set it up yet. Generally I don't use the lock unless I use Samsung pay or don't have my watch on (since I have that set as a trusted device) Only issue I had was during initial setup.. The setup seemed to not realize the activation was done and stayed on screen. Tapped cancel and continued fine.

I will say I'm happy that 5G on Sprint is essentially upgrading their B41 network. So when 5G comes we only see benefits and doesn't make a 4G phone that obsolete.

AI probably explains why I was being told that I qualify for an upgrade when I was asking about changing the address on a S10 preorder. I ended up getting three different answers between 2x chats and 1x call.

I know UPS does do a daily truck from Louisville to Milwaukee for 2nd day "air" shipments but I'm guessing we would have seen it departure scanned by now. It appears no one on Magenta has seen their S10x actually move in the UPS system, either. Probably ours and theirs are coming from Louisville.

Samsung's website allows you to apply the $750 free second device to any S10, not just the E, unfortunately Sprint only allows it on the S10e and I'm on SWAC so I can't upgrade on Samsung's site. I wish Sprint would offer the same promo.

Frankly I think what cannibalizes their high end sales is picking up last year's model on Swappa or even used on a carrier's site. We'll see how much of a value price point the S10e comes in at, but I'm guessing at least $700, so not much of a mid range value. LG could really offer an attractive alternative, but they price their flagships just as high as Samsung, but then drop in value even more months down the road.

Anyone having issues with MMS with Wi-Fi calling, maybe after the VoLTE update? (I have the Active but pretty similar) In a low signal area and didn't have an issue before.. Now the just stall downloading. Sent from my SM-G892U using Tapatalk

Nope! Impatiently waiting, and I received the same text they did. Of course Sprint Twitter support wasn't helpful, they just confirmed that was the latest. I'm guessing the S8 Active isn't the most popular device, so updates are slow to come around. The T-Mobile version has had two since our last one!
