  1. I just talked with my Corp Store in Lansing, MI they have the SIM, but can only give it to me in activating the phone.  They need to create a ticket to take it out of inventory and that is apparently the process.  However, they have a stock of them so it shouldn't be an issue to get one from them.

My tracking has the phone leaving Hong Kong and into China now.  The Motorola shipping date is Tuesday, but the Fed Ex schedule is Monday.  We'll see when it gets here...

  2. From Amazon, mine is scheduled now to be delivered today, a day early. The sticking point, though, could be a 4FF nano SIM. We shall see if I have time today to check with the local stores.

Looks like I'm doing that too, just tried to have one sent to me and Sprint wanted $12 shipping.
  3. It was my dad's Christmas present from me....never purchased a Samsung device since. And I've gotten the GF away from Samsung after her S4 was hot garbage for reception on Sprint....

My buddy had a Galaxy Nexus from Sprint, I was so jealous of a Nexus device, then it was such a steaming pile...

I'm assuming your GF had an original S4 on Sprint, the S4T is amazing for reception.

  4. The Alltel ID's are likely non existent anymore and just housecleaning. There are not many Alltel SID's left out there in the wild anymore.

    Using Nexus 6 on Tapatalk

When in the upper peninsula of Michigan in late July, there were still old Altel SIDs everywhere. Big red just slapped LTE in the cities. There is fibre being run all over up there in the last two years, so I'd expect the next network modernization to get LTE to every site.

  5. I went 16GB black/grey/black, very basic

I wouldn't count on any Sprint specific apps such as Sprint Zone or Wifi calling, these are "Pure" devices with no carrier input.

With the MicroSD slot, I'll toss a 64/128GB card in there and store most stuff there.  Most of the storage on my current 16GB S4T is pictures/video/downloaded media.  All that can live on the SD card, i don't play huge games, etc.

  6. I'm fairly sure that geographies 19-21 are mostly international such as Mexico, Dominican Republic, Turks & Caicos, Bermuda, Aruba, etc. I guess no more CDMA roaming in those areas...

Perhaps due to the Open World program?
