  1. Saint Augustine in the old town is still horrible as far as LTE coverage calls. I know that here at S4GRU is saying the nearest downtown tower is accepted but I can confirm that it has not or LTE has never been turned on since the " accept" date months ago.
  2. There are also areas on the map that don't have Spark coverage shaded which do have it like recently turned on 8t8r.
  3. Sprint updated their coverage map and it's now more realistic as far as Spark coverage. For example here in Tampa they took away roughly 60 percent of the Spark coverage shade yellow. It almost matches the WiMAX footprint to a t. I also noticed they did the same thing across the country. So the map would indicate Spark coverage only where band 41 is present.
  4. I figured that, but when Root Metrics reports, it reports it as a LTE signal. I noticed signal strength average in my area is being affected, overall the average is getting weaker.
  5. There's a flaw in RootMetrics where when I report my signal on my S4 it reports as -120dbm no matter the strength of the LTE signal. I wonder if some of Sprint samples are polluted or other phones reporting - 120 dBm when on LTE on Sprint.
  6. Here is a link to the thread I created on the Clear sites being down. http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/6673-nationwide-clear-outage-band-41-lte/

  8. For two weeks now users in the Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville and New York Markets have been reporting Clear sites not broadcasting data. The sites seem to be ones not co-located with Sprint towers. The signal is there but no data is present. I have experienced 5 so far in the city limits of Tampa. Anyone else experiencing outages or know why it's happening?
  9. I lost mine yesterday and reprovisioned it, not working still as of this afternoon.
  10. I'm thinking of making a new thread to keep track of cities affected. Found another Sunday afternoon in Tampa. Apparently there are problems in Jacksonville also.
  11. I just made a post in the Tampa forum. Several Clear sites not on a Sprint tower still not working. Fustrating.
  12. For over a week now, Clear sites that are not located on Sprint sites are not working. It'll show as getting a 4G signal but they'll be no data. People in the NYC forum are also reporting this problem. Anyone else confirm?
  13. I reported it Sunday through the Sprint Zone app at two Clear sites.
  14. That has happened here in Tampa the last few days. Clear sites only.
  15. They did the same thing at my home tower then a week later they installed 8t8r.
  16. It's capped out at 35 down for now. This is it with a -108dbm signal.
  17. The 15 are Clear sites some Co located with Sprint. The ones not reporting are in a cluster, in other words next to each other. Maybe the contractor did something wrong since they are all adjacent to each other.

  19. It's definitely Band 41. One is my work tower, so far 3 out of about 15 are not showing as Band 41 so overall it's a awesome update.
