  1. I came to this site to get educated, and every time I think I'm getting comfortable with the terminology/technology, someone goes and ups the bar. I feel like I'm back in a AP class in school.
  2. Perhaps Clear isn't investing in PM to save cash. Although Sprint signed on to keep the switch on for 3 more years, I don't recall Clear saying it would keep it running at 100%. I guess I have to stop being gullible when reading press releases.
  3. Well, the common folk have to find out someway. It's not like Sprint is keeping anyone in the know.
  4. Most of us knew this already, but Sprint's letting the world in general know. However, the site is now live. http://www.fiercewireless.com/story/sprint-outs-illinois-town-kankakee-lte-market/2012-04-09
  5. Motorola stated it would be during the fall, so late Q3 at the earliest, but knowing Moto it could be sometime in Q4.
  6. Ok, I heard Calk wasn't going to work on any more builds until the messaging issue was resolved by samsung. Maybe I missed a post somewhere.

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

Damn, if I had your money, I'd burn mine.
  8. Anybody know if the messaging bug has been fixed?
  9. Good idea. Maybe someone from the FCC will read it and get the idea that the U.S. needs LTE roaming rules in place. That should get AT&T and Verizon excited.
  10. Agreed. I still be willing to pay $250 for a real up to date (spec & OS) tablet instead of the watered down devices that Amazon and B & N offer.
  11. Here's some more scoop on the Google tablet. I can wait until July and with this mentioned price point, it may just include the Tegra 3. I hope so, $250 would still be a giood price to pay for a real 7" Android tablet. Quote: "Still, that sounds like a reasonable price to pay if the upcoming Nexus (or Play, or whatever Google calls it) tablet really sports that very capable Tegra 3 quad-core chip. Other details are again confirmed - it’ll be a 7-inch slate with Wi-Fi support only and no 3G connectivity." http://www.phonearena.com/news/Google-tablet-release-date-allegedly-moved-to-July-might-cost-250_id28835
  12. Great write up. Thanks for taking the time to put this together.
