  1. The site has a Fresno address, so the Fresno city and county permitting blackout applies. Sites within the city of Clovis are confirmed to be well underway. An offhand guess is that the top rack is T-Mobile, but I'm not sure.
  2. Not sure who owns the top set of panels, but the bottom set are Sprint's and they have not been upgraded yet. That site has a Fresno address, too, and that makes it more difficult to figure out the pre-phsyical work status of the NV upgrade.
  3. Just based on how slow the permitting process is in Clovis, I wouldn't hold out hope for much hope for seeing LTE before year's end. That being said, work is definitely happening. The sponsors know why the readily apparent backhaul work in Fresno/Clovis is encouraging, especially given the NV situation in the LCV as a whole.
  4. I go into more detail on this in the sponsor section, but I have very recently noticed fiber activity at sprint sites in clovis and fresno.
  5. Capital idea. Sounds like we need a new level above "Premier Sponsor"....
  6. The further east you go, the more likely it is that Verizon is the ILEC. The line is somewhere between Visalia and Farmersville; Exeter, for example, is firmly in Verizon's domain.
  7. I'm pretty sure the signal improvements come into play because of the RRUs being placed up near the panels, not because LTE inherently propagates better than EVDO (it doesn't, as far as I know.) There is no improvement on GMO sites for this reason.
  8. Lol, hopefully for not too much longer. With all of the sites I've sought out, I sure hope I'm the first one on S4GRU to actually see it (cough cough) in the Fresno area. You can have Visalia/Tulare, though!
  9. What is this, Utah? You wont tell us where you allegedly picked up Sprint LTE because you know I will drive out there. I already did that at the Shaw/Villa site that would have been the one that you picked up, so you don't want to repeat that mistake. Bad trolling job is bad.
