  1. I really hope sprint puts 1900/800 on some of clearwires separate sites. Around here it seems clearwire selected much better sites with better spacing.
  2. we won't know until it's released. We can always roll back to .15 The e/CSFB issue will be sorted out in full eventually so we won't have that issue with not having service sometimes on .15 for now it's just a wait and see
  3. Nice looking numbers from band 41 https://www.dropbox.com/s/b4w84ajjnq2kpll/Screenshot_2014-02-15-17-46-38.png
  4. I see that all the time. I'll grab a screenshot when I can
  5. until Dc becomes a launched market, any problems with lte can't have tickets opened
  6. can somebody summon aj to explain lol
  7. I've seen that before but I've also gotten thishttps://www.dropbox.com/s/ht7qfnxf8w2n2dx/Screenshot_2014-01-26-14-48-13.png Idk what it is though
  8. I've noticed the exact opposite in my area. I will barely see CDMA1X 800 in cdma only mode but when connected to LTE and I make a call I'll see CDMA1X 800
  9. I'm impressed by how much band 41 I've been picking up in the Dc area. Can't wait till all can the increased backhaul.
  10. yes, pretty much the only downfall I found. Your phone would sit there connected to lte but unable to receive calls and texts. Edit: the band 41 goodness is worth the risk. I've only encountered that issue with one tower
  11. I've tried a few times over the last two days and it connects back fairly quickly for me.
  12. I'm not letting go of .15 until the official update. The ecsfb issue is pretty much nonexistent in my area except of course my home tower. I really hate that site! But anyway I've noticed the handoff from band 41 to 25 isn't really smooth (wasn't expecting that anyway). The lte symbol will go away for a noticeable amount of time maybe 5 secs. Also I really like how it knows to transitions from band 25 to 41 when I am in the area of it.
  13. no this site didn't have an ecsfb issue. I was just showing calls can be routed from b41 sites back to 1x. The problem I was explaining earlier is on the .15 radio, if a site is having an ecsfb issue it won't kick you off the site like it should and you won't know unless you check.
  14. A quick way to tell if you're connected to a site with ecsfb issues and your phone shows lte is to pull down the notification bar and at the bottom it'll say Sprint if there is no issue or it'll say searching for service if the ecsfb issue is present.
  15. I called while connected to b41 and it sent the call to the closest 1x site. This was from a non co located site too
  16. Samsung is doing a pretty good job in this area
  17. if I had some band 41 where I am this wouldn't be a problem lol
  18. clearwire went cheap on the backhaul with wimax so it has to be upgraded Edit: Jeremy keeps beating me by two seconds!
  19. so with sprint saying 50-60mbps are there under promising and over delivering?
  20. band 25 site was a lower signal and it switched to a standalone band 41 site
  21. I forgot to mention mine actually handed off from a band 25 to a 41 site. I was in the area of a band 41 site and was about to do an airplane mode cycle then band 41 popped up.
