I will tomorrow, just got my n5 so I've been homeThe spreadsheet was based on data we received from Sprint that said areas that had the same vendor for legacy and NV Equipment would not have a problem. This has not entirely been the case. But we are hoping, and some have seen this, that those markets just need software updates. Have you tried other sites?

it doesn't connect to LTEEasy way to tell, force LTE via hidden menu *#*#4636#*#* > Phone Info > LTE Only. If it works, its an eCSFB problem.
Edit: it connects. Signal check just wasn't showing anything

yes I have, just thought the dc area wasn't affected by itHave you read through the relevant article and thread? You are clearly experiencing e/CSFB issues.

oh.... Well lte connects but for maybe ten seconds before disappearing. The PRL update part was a running joke. A PRL has effectively no association with LTE.

I updated my profile and connected to lte and as soon as I update my prl lte is goneSomething is wrong with the LTE provisioning between your phone/SIM and account.
You need to update your PRL...

Did you just pop it in the phone or did you give it to the rep along with your msid? I activated my Nexus 5 today and it loaded LTE my default.
im in dc and im not sure if there is an eCSFB issue but the sim code is correct
edit: i cant even connect to ehrpd

Yes it is .. I have been having issues with my G2 since i got it. Phone calls are not connecting to the towers so i have to call a number 3 to 4 times before it connects
im connected to a 3g/4g site but i get no lte

Did you update your profile?
yes ill try again though
edit: still no lte

i have an n5 but cant connect to lte. i used to sim card from my s4. even in lte only mode it stays on 3g.

is dc affected by the eCSFB issue because i can connect to lte on my iphone 5 but not my nexus 5

Has anybody tried setting their phone to lte only when going to a enabled Band 41 site. It could be the eCSFB issue blocking access

what's your band priority?I picked band 41 in the Bronx but the speeds were not impressive.
Maybe the tower I was connected to is not completely upgraded.
I'll post screenshots in a minute

I wish I had a n5 to test with the band priority he used. I believe that's what the difference is.it must be something tower or network side, possibly some upgrade (besides ecsfb) that must be completed that affects only the n5.
-
thanks, I wanted people to see what his band priority was since it was different than what we've been toldOk just backing you up then. I thought a picture to show it works would be helpful as some still say the N5 won't do B41 yet.

I linked to his band priority settings aboveThis guy has figured out Nexus 5 and band 41.
look what he got:

thanks for the correction. My question is are we really sure that 1 is higher. We've been told to set b26 and b25 at 0 with b41 at 1 with no success on the n5 so far and in this case since b25 and b41 were at the same level it went ahead and picked up b41.Their is only 0 and 1 on N5....1 being higher priority.
-
Check out the band priority with one of our members connected to b41 with his n5 http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/4950-sprint-spark-official-name-for-the-tri-band-network-was-sprint-to-demo-its-25ghz-network-technology/?p=241696
Edit: we could've been using the wrong band priority this whole time. I have a feeling the priorities should be b41 at 0 b25 at 1 and b26 at 2( is 2 an option?) since his device wasn't connected to b26 which was at 0 it jumped to b41. What do u guys think?
-
thank you!I'm actually new to Android...I modified my settings based on information in forums. I have band 25 and 41 as 1 and band 26 as 0.
I was near the 110 freeway and the 91 freeway in Gardena. I just started seeing these speeds in a few places in the South Bay and Westside over the past couple days.
Are we sure the band priority should be band 41 at 0 band 25 at 1 and 26 at 2. Usually 0 is the highest priority and since there isn't any band 26 his n5 didn't pick that up and went straight to band 41
-
I've been following along on the boards and just wanted to share that I'm starting to see some pretty amazing speeds around LA on my Nexus 5...
can u please share pictures of your band priority or something. It seems that you're the only one connecting to band 41 with a nexus 5

I bought one of these at www.meenova.com since I like having extra space and it fits on my key ringThey are always available on eBay. Usually for like .99 cents for plus shipping from China
