Thinking of getting the note 3 or Lg G2. So if i get a Tri-Band phone ill be able to connect to all 3 Bands here in NYC?

spoke to someone in chat and did say it is TRI-BAND.I ask would all bands be active from jump he said to call Technical support rep. for more info. which i haven`t.

Does any one now why when i have a 4g signal on my phone and try to stream video it goes back to 3g?
