  1. I flashed 4.4.4 again because I wasn't ready for some of the bugs otherwise I would have confirmed this or not. Just thought I'd share for those of us who experienced the issue in the hopes if could remedy it. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  2. Rumor has it that disabling merged IM and SMS in Hangouts fixes the MMS issues some are having with the Android L Preview. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  3. I always just tell them I am an application developer and I need the MSL to access low level system values. They never argue with me after that. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  4. Gotta say... the notification system/utilities menu has really taken a step back. Looked nice in the keynote, but not nearly as well refined as the previous implementation of it.
  5. Stutters badly under load. I think the worst thing I noticed is that there doesn't seem to be a way of clearing all notifications at once.
  6. I flashed everything since it was a major release. Since it is a beta release I felt it best to play it safe. Haven't noticed any bugs except the DEBUG menu crashing.
  7. Really long boot animation when booting up for the first time.
  8. If they do release updates to Android L between now and official release it will most likely (almost definitely) be in the form of new images.
  9. http://developer.android.com/preview/setup-sdk.html#top
  10. I'd be sure do a proper backup before flashing the new image. Just in case you need to return to 4.4.4 because of bugs.
  11. Android L image is now up! Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  12. Props to HTC! Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  13. Have you tried resetting it? If it is due to the network there isn't much you can other than report it to Sprint. I've manually changed the time on my Nexus before but apps like Hangouts still pull the network time for the time stamp. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  14. I think it is actually today! Can't wait to begin implementing material design into my applications. Edit: Actually it's the SDK that goes live today. My bad, got too excited lol. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  15. Quite the difference... I wonder if that tower is one of the few with a 4:1 split. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  16. My experience has always been pretty good. It's been really nice since that Clearwire tower came online with eCSFB. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  17. Yep in this thread. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  18. I posted a detailed guide a couple of weeks ago. You may have to dig back some to find it. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  19. Well 1x800 did allow me to send texts where 1x1900 would not. I think that if Ericsson were competent enough to properly optimize the low band frequencies in the area we would be having a much better experience there. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  20. Well signal still blows in the old St. Augustine square. Staying here until tomorrow and was hoping that some B26 love would keep my phone's battery from melting in my pocket. There is some 1x800 but it is no better than the 1x1900 at the moment. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  21. You might've just got lucky and got that speedtest off before others in the area connected. I imagine every phone that didn't have LTE is pulling and syncing data right now lol.
