  9. These were all filed on March 9th. I have read just a few and they indicate these are for all LTE at greater than -119.8 RSRP. They provide a wealth of information for sparsely covered markets. Maps for markets such as Columbus are of quite limited use. Any idea as to what stage of construction these sites would need to met for the substantial service requirement? ( I hope to make it through all 173 filings tonight, posting those that I feel are relevant.)

  20. They only issue is many will have to wait months for it or never get it at all, thus they will still be suffering as SCP currently stands. Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk
  21. Or data centric mode. Could also be a question of backhaul. Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk
  22. It has been in the release for a month or so. I have tried testing it on a CA device, but no luck so far. I think they are expanding it on a carrier by carrier basis.
  23. Big news for the Clearwire market transition to CA from Dayton OH by nowerlater: First the EARFCN was moved after the Dayton Expedience network was shutdown with Cincinnati WiMAX (who even knew Expedience was still alive until the Mobile Citizen court order listing places like Anchorage and Duluth, MN). Now on Thursday the first CA site came alive (a new B41 site). http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/6200-cincinnati-market-mapspreadsheet-premier-edition/page-40&do=findComment&comment=471522
  24. Airaves emit a beep when you make calls. Perhaps a neighbor had one. They can cover a 1/2 mile radius or more when there is no other signal. I had one in operation that covered most of a college campus while the cell tower was down for NV upgrade.
  25. I would not expect any news coverage. This could be very similar to WiMAX protection sites from years ago. Only some were shown on coverage maps. A few could only be detected with spectrum analyzers. They were very low priority once installed. My guess is that setting up these sites is taking money away from more noticeable expansion, at least until there is more CAPex funding. My hope of course is that they do put them on the coverage maps.
