This will give spark support for bands 26 and 41. In Columbus, you will now have access to the fully open band 41 site sectors, which can change from day to day. When b41 (and b26) LTE is made fully open you will be ready!!!

Sometimes yes, if there are problems with backhaul that are resolved or the signal is then tuned to better target the testing location.

Even looking at an 800 LTE (band 26) run I made, the map shows LTE service continuing for another 1.5 miles in very hilly terrain.
