  1. The problem is not just on Sprint, some Verizon customers are having problems to. Threads are going live on Android Central
  2. Yes but IOS is using a proprietary standard of there own making and as always will not share. The way Google is going these days , they aren't earning a lot of trust on the privacy front. This app ask for nothing, is supported by Sprint with the standard it is using and being IOS and Android usable. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk
  3. Hey don't blame a company for Google's mess. Do it with any app and you will find it like that.
  4. Believe it or not I got the Engineering screen to come up on a TMobile Nokia phone by punching in from the keypad ##3282# . It might work, it might not. No harm in trying.
  5. True, but not everyone trust Google in using most of there services and for a good reason to. As for it being blinding white, I can handle it.
  6. I saw this yesterday from Fierce Wireless http://www.fiercewireless.com/story/sprint-goes-ott-messaging-plus-app-jibe/2013-10-14 being talked about so I decided to give it a spin. I have to say it works pretty good, including doing video calls on 3G. It is for IOS and Android, so give it a spin, and yes you can do regular sms/mms thru the app to for those others who do not have it installed.
  7. Basically you can say KNOX will tell your IT person if you are allowed BYOD that your phone is rooted in which they can reject your use of said device for anything related to company business,
  8. I'm just saying that Sprint's version maybe not so far off. The frequencies they can get, and that BlackBerry did sign a license deal for LTE-Advance on there phones for which the Z30 would be the 1st from them to use it.
  9. Here are some Specs from Negri Electronics which will be selling the unlocked version, they are in Las Vegas, NV. http://negrielectronics.com/blackberry-z30-unlocked-black.html#.Ukc-cGbD-Hs You notice what the 4G LTE frequencies say?
  10. Been waiting 2 years for Sprint's LTE which has been rolling out for a little over a year, That is a stretch of a exaggeration, don't ya think?
  11. Now go look up fcc part 90 rules especially on wifi.
  12. I guess you want me to bring up the US band plan on 2.4 Ghz again where it says in plain detail that wifi only holds 66 mhz of that band in 11 channels and or is secondary to primary users of that frequency
  13. Wifi does not hold the entire 2.4 ghz spectrum you have quote a few others in there to.
  14. No it is in the fcc and ntia regs on frequency allocation
  15. I wonder if you guys know that 2.4 ghz is restricted to 6 mhz channels on wifi?
  16. The roaming agreements are already in place because of the work Clear had started in tdd-lte. Asia/Pac and Central and South America are covered.
  17. Toss a grenade from 50 feet away and drop to the ground.
  18. Coming from a equipment side of things. Moles have problems when the ground is frozen so if they are running new fiber lines it will take longer. But it is possible to continue thru winter unless there is a lot of snow and ice on the ground then things change. Will not be able to steer the mole because of not being able to read where it is.
  19. Someone on another forum bought up a good point that we haven't seen yet because we haven't been studying the parent company. Softbank has initiated a $15 reduction in there plans or more like $14.958 dollars to be exact which Sprint is following suite with this upcoming plans.
  20. I'll be 12 months into mine in October, but the phones I'm waiting for will be around November and the only variable I see in the bill will be the msrp of the phone you select. For example a $800 phone broken down over 24 months is $33.34 a month rounding up because it is 33.333333333333 so on, but that would be the high side.
