  1. It wouldn't suprise me if this is the case. Do we have any verification of any new 2500 sites receiving dual mode equipment? Or any new 2500 sites yet for that matter?
  2. Just to update. From 5/28 - 8/28, 3 months to be exact. 55 new sites have been added and 37 iDEN sites have been converted. Minus the one site replacing a legacy site that gives us 91 new NV sites. Just about one a day.
  3. You never no what impact one person might have! Where specifically did you send the letter?
  4. I don't think there has been any specific information beyond the 100 already mentioned. However I have to imagine they are at least looking at it. I believe Robert had estimated that 1000 conversions would give the current network the same coverage as the old Nextel plus Sprint network. It would be interesting to compare the 100 done/in-progress iDen conversions to the locations of the 1000.
  5. I feel the same way! Problem is I don't think we will see another one until after the long weekend.
  6. Now the really important question. When will we see LTE south of the canal???
  7. Hope you feel better soon, and you can always come back when your T-Mobile contract runs out,
  8. Not a fan of the fake tree towers unless they are of the palm tree type.
  9. You are a sponsor, check out the NV Sites Completed Thread. It is on the map!
  10. That would definetly be the tower that was accepted in Delaware. Now, Sensorly or it didn't happen!
  11. Since I won't likely be heading north of the canal for a while keep an eye out, hopefully it will be broadcasting really soon.
  12. I won't give the exact location (sponsors know where), but it is in Delaware, north of the canal and I-95.
  13. If you are asking what site I think is a doughnut on the eastern shore, I think there may actually be two. One is shortly after crossing the Bay Bridge and the other one I have visited a few times and mentioned its location in the sponsors thread.
  14. Not yet, I drove there yesterday and verified it wasn't broadcasting. I would hope it starts this week as typically they do. That said there is a tower on the eastern shore that has 4G accepted since I joined and is still not broadcasting, or more likely in doughnut mode.
  15. Or I could be totally wrong. This ---> was me this afternoon. Sponsors can read about it in the thread NV Site Map for DC, Baltimore, Delaware, & Various VA areas!
  16. No, it'll be here next month. For 3 days, when they bring a 4G Nascow to Dover Downs.
  17. If they can scare nTelos to stay in an orbit like Shentel that would be fine. Now acquiring USCC would be great. It would be fun to watch NV 3.0, the upgrading and integration of the USCC network into Sprint!
  18. They wouldn't give it to them, but I would imagine they would provide some mix of loans and guarantees at a favorable terms. I also think you might generate warmer feelings from nTelos customers.
  19. Maybe instead of a direct buyout by Sprint, maybe they'll back Shentel buying out nTelos as an option.
  20. If they let Shentel take the lead in the overbuild, nTelos will be overrun within a month!
