Yup. Got it exchanged. The new one is much better. I compared it to the Evo LTE and its pretty much the same. Compared to the one, the one has a really cold screen o.o

Okay, so I compared my HTC One with the Nexus 5 screens and they are pretty much identical minus the status bar being different and the on screen home/back/recent apps.

 

P.S. picture was taken with my nexus 10, not the best with lighting focus. Both displays were set at the highest brightness levels. Hope this helps.

Yeah then I definitely have a problem with mines cause my N5 is nowhere as white as my One.

more matched the yellowish one, but i didnt do much comparisons. A littler later I'll compare it to my htc one and see how the color differs.

You won't get stock or near stock android experience and expandable storage. The way the market is going, you shouldn't keep your hopes up about removable batteries and Micro SD's. The only company that is keeping that trend is Samsung, but you don't want Touchwiz. So pick your poison, cause you're not gonna get the device you want.

I would like to know this as well. it does seem to be drying a bit on mines. Again this could just be me seeing things O.O

So I've noticed today that the yellow tint isn't as strong as it was yesterday. It also seems to be more on the left side than the right side.

 

Or maybe I'm just having some placebo effect atm. Still gonna go back on Saturday to exchange it if anything.

Oh I would take that back in a heartbeat.

I did a bit of research on the issue and it seems to be that the glue they use is slow to dry so it affects the display quality. The solution is to wait one week till it dries. Funny enough is I only have time on the weekends so it'll be one week when I can take it in.

I compared it with a model they had in the store, and it definitely is a different display. The store model has a much neutral white, I'm not sure if I should return it or something :/ I don't want to have a yellow screen

I am a little worried. Seems to me that Sprint and SoftBank are trying to expand way to quickly. I would like them to finish 1 of their projects before starting another.

Sometimes it's wise to take things one at a time. But when you're so behind, it's better to not just have Plan A and B, but also to have plan G and F. When you set your eyes on many acquisitions, especially for Sprint, it's setting the foundation for a stronger network. Your foundation has to be strong to be able to compete with the big 2.

I think this looks really nice tbh. It's a clever idea, BUT! I like having my phone and tablet separate. I normally do studying on my tablet and look up facts and answers on my phone. That way I don't have to switch between study guides and browsers.

 

Another company who I think is making some pretty nice phones is Lenovo. But they don't sell here in the US :'(

One thing I've noticed is that the screen on low brightness tends to have a yellow tinge to it. Anyone else notice this? I normally keep my phone on low brightness so its very noticeable for me coming from the HTC One.

So I've had the phone going on three days now, and I must say the battery life on this thing is insane. I'm sitting at 11 hours and 62% battery left.

Put the Neo Hybrid Spigen on it and you will never realize it is in a case.  I ordered the dilex case combo as I need something a little more when I'm out and about sometimes riding the bike and other things.  The clip was the main thing for those situations. 

I'm actually considering this case. First and only one that's really caught my attention. I have a UAG on my One, and I love the industrial design, and that bright white of the case. But there aren't any nice ones that look anywhere near as nice as the UAG. The Neo Hybrid looks great, sleek and practical. I'm deciding between Champagne and Metal Slate color.

 

I might be leaning towards slate, since it has a slight blue hue to it.

Just bought the MIME FeatherGlass. I'll let you all know when it comes in, and how it feels compared to other screen protectors.

Perhaps in a few months when the upgrades are more complete, you can go back to Sprint. Since you have a Nexus 5, it makes it really easy to swap back.

happened to me lol. Service has been bad since October. Roaming very often since then. I have about 800 minutes roaming this month.

So I just joined the nexus 5 bandwagon. My father gave me an early Xmas present lol. Unfortunately I'm with Tmobile since sprint kicked me out cause I was roaming too much

 

But I like the phone. I thought the speaker wasn't gonna be comparable to the HTC one. But its pretty decent
