  1. My brain is half working today, what I meant to say was that it would have been flawless except for that which was a huge problem for me. -Luis
  2. I tried cm 10... Worked flawlessly, great battery, no major glitches. The only thing that made me go back to stock was the fact that my data never seemed to work. It would always give me com.android.phone (something like that) has stopped working, and subsequently my data would go kaput, no amount of airplane mode tango dancing seemed to fix it. But with that said, if you don't get data problems definitely go with CM10, best thing to happen to my phone since it's kickstand -Luis
  3. I hope you're right about the extensive testing they might be doing. I'll be more than happy to wait a couple of extra weeks to know that my phone will receive an update that fixes the LTE issue. I have experiences LTE down here in Miami, but the phone has only connected once on it's own. I think that is pretty shitty, tbh. When I had my sensation, granted HSPA+ isn't really anything special, I would always be connected to "4G" no matter what. I never really had problems with the signal, but HTC seems to have dropped the ball with this phone, which will hopefully, sometime soon, get it's problems fixed. -Luis
  4. I got my first taste of LTE today, I only got about 2-3 mbps down. I was in my car driving and I had consistent LTE Palmetto north, and 8th street all the way through Flager and 87th. -Luis
  5. I've had a couple of hiccups in service, but it's normally when I'm in buildings with poor service. Other than that, not really.... Sorry :/ -Luis
  6. Yup, on both phones. I toggled airplane mode five times to be honest, but I got nothing. It was always connected to eHRPD. -Luis
  7. In the past two days, I've passed over the 826 and Tropical Park about three times in different times of the day. I've yet to see any LTE light up on my phone. Maybe I'm just passing at the wrong times I am glad to see all that purple on Sensorly though. -Luis
  8. I figured as much since it didn't come up in either phone. Hopefully that also means that they are starting to work south too. I live right around the corner from that site. -Luis
  9. I passed by that area last night, and nothing. Maybe they turned it off? I toggled airplane mode on both of my phones but nada! Hopefully they turn it back on soon -Luis
  10. I've always thought that Sprint should buy Clearwire. From what I think, they are losing more money renting out their services, rather than owning their network. This does seem to be a really great move for Sprint. -Luis
  11. I actually was not able to use it on my phone, it never rebooted the phone or anything, so I just rooted the phone the manual way. I used HTCDEV and the command prompt lol!
  12. To be honest I have no idea how to flash roms with s-on. That has always gotten me stuck on the bootloader part of the rom. Just to know what you mean. The modem, you refer to the radios and what not? -Luis (Sorry if these are really noob questions, but there is much that I don't know yet )
  13. If I had some massive cojones I would do it. But this is the only phone that I have, so I can't afford to mess it up! -Luis
  14. Aaaaand, I just ran into a problem... They managed to do it with Linux, also I need to intentionally brick my phone. That's what I'm trying to avoid. I guess I'll just have to be a little more patient -Luis
  15. I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but how do I get s-off? I just rooted today but I can't manage to get s-off. Any help would be appreciated -Luis
  16. I have a question... Are these NV/LTE panels? http://imgur.com/9hcG8 -Luis
  17. I might have just found a reason to go around there. If I do I'll make sure to put it in Sensorly -Luis
  18. My phone is randomly losing signal when I'm stationary.... LTE must be coming... -Luis
  19. That's relatively close to where I live. Now if only I could just drive up there. -Luis
  20. Premise, not promise. Just like now they don't promise you will have LTE service any times soon, but by the end of 2013. Ofcourse it's inconsiderate of the company, but Sprint isn't the first company to do such things. -Luis
  21. In retrospect, I think it was a bad decision from Sprint. IMO you can't expect to have good performance from a network you don't really own and operate yourself. -Luis P.S. I never really got into Sprint when they had wimax, but just my opinion.
