  1. Yep the only way to tell is to check signal strength and throughput.
  2. Keep in mind that those enclosures are meant to hide the equipment and make it look uniform, so it's very difficult to tell who's equipment is inside. The enclosures could be the same for all the carriers.
  3. Has anyone considered that perhaps those sites are not upgraded because the focus is elsewhere?
  4. Not really though. Profit isn't a magical number that comes from having money thrown at it. Same goes for Sprint as a company. Throwing money at things won't make sites get upgraded faster, won't get permitting done faster.
  5. That whole area is unfortunately limited in coverage simply because there are only 2 towers in the general vicinity. Hopefully with the new buildout we will see another site or two go up.
  6. Something to keep in mind is that with Sprint's small cell deployment strategy, you won't see crazy updates, rather one morning you'll just get better speeds or perhaps a consistent B41 experience rather than band switching.
  7. I'm waiting to see some of the small cell goodness here in Queens. Still come across gaps in coverage and places where my phones camp on a barely usable B41 site rather than B25/B26.
  8. Try explaining that to the people on the TMobile subreddit.
  9. For now I think in the specific market thread would be good.
  10. Hmmm, I don't think it's ipv6 limited though. Definitely a head scratcher man.
  11. Are you on the most current software version? I have a ZTE Pocket WiFi at work and see CA consistently whenever there is an active data connection. It is important to remember that devices will idle on either carrier, but not stay attached to both unless there is an active data connection.
  12. NV1 was the groundwork for LTE, the same equipment is used for 3G and LTE. 5G is a completely different animal, so it's too soon to look at how it will be deployed.
  13. It's similar to Blackberry Messenger or Google Hangouts in that regard, just better. You can have cross platform conversations (iPad, iPhone, Mac) and share content without resorting to MMS. You also get audio and video calling using FaceTime (over the iMessage platform).
  14. When I got married 2 years ago, my wife and I were apartment hunting and the first thing we both checked was Sprint coverage, simple as that.
  15. So far so good, but of course like any other developer beta some apps don't work properly. In this case, my Dunkin Donuts app won't render correctly. Thankfully I have my HTC 10 for that.
  16. I'm going to try it after wiping my phone and restoring it for International SIM unlock.
  17. Developer beta profile is all over the internet ready to download today. http://www.reddit.com/r/iosbeta
  18. That's not true. I've been to sites where the shelf that Sprint was on could not support any more panels and RRUs so that happens as well.
