The LG G2 seems go be close to a flagship phone

Thats what I have been seeing lately on here too. I am not due for an upgrade yet, so looking around...

Hi everyone, I am looking to see what anyone's opinion is on the better LTE performers NOW are...? I would like to find a better performing LTE phone. I have the EVO now, I did do the update just released that you have to download and it improved in SLIGHTLY and yes the 4G signal bars do reflect the actual signal now instead of the old version. I do still have my EVO 3D but thats a backup (you never know if you need a standby). I did try out the Lg Optimus G around June last year (2013) and I liked it, and If I recall reading around on here the RF performance was one of the better ones. Recently I did check to see if Sprint offered it and come to find out (at least on Sprint.com its no longer there) and checked with a couple of the stores around me and discontinued... Seems odd to me. Its not like its an old model, I still consider it semi new (ish) heck most of the store still carry the Motorola Photon Q! Is there something I missed? Did that phone have a lot of issues or was it because the LG G2 took its place and was just overly popular? Anyways other then LG Optimus G, what other ones are good? I only stick with Android

That tower has been 4G LTE accepted for a few weeks now...

All of this is answered if you look around on this site... Short answer is yes and yes... Spark will most likely be up and running before 800, but you never know, plans could change at anytime.

Sprint would NOT of officially launched a market if it was not ready. Yes I am sure the sprint.com maps are not all correct however, those towers should come up soon I would think.

Out of the 4 major carriers zoom in levels Sprint is the most accurate VOICE coverage wise, the WiMAX is eh, the 3G data is not just purple in where the voice covers so zoom in is pointless, the 4G LTE is not too far off at least around here... I would say T-Mobile's old green map version was not too bad at accuracy, there new map is BS! At&t is hit and miss, lastly Vz is just colored in crap, they don't want people to know where there towers are even remotely at must be, at least the other carriers you can SOMEWHAT get a just of kinda where it is if your not in a city... Again this is all just one opinion and thats me.. MY opinion...

Sprint updated there maps and now Rochester is Orange (LTE)!!!! As of today! Including... Canandaigua, Dansville, Newark, and Geneva. Go Rochester market LTE!!

Rochester, NY I would of thought MIGHT squeeze in there, Rochester has made huge progress this year. Syracuse right behind... We will see. Driving around where I live and around Monroe county, only few spots I fall back to 3G.

I hope Rochester, NY makes it they made huge head way, at FIRST Syracuse/Upstate NY was fatster at FIRST from what I remember seeing.

That's good to know, I was just confused because the two in Buffalo, Ny have been strictly 4G for quite some time. Honestly its really silly 4G came first before 3G again just my opinion.

The funny this I noticed about the Syracuse/Upstate Central market, they were at first really fast with 3G and 4G acceprances but then Rochester zoomed right past you guys over there and seems like we are far more ahead... Strange how that stuff happens... Just my opinion and observations...

"they can't accept a site as 4G complete until it is 3G complete." Are you 100% sure about that? I still see there are two site in Buffalo, NY they are Samsung and they are ONLY 4G accepted.... Am I right? I could be wrong...

Robert updates them every other day or every 3days. If there's not enough activity to update them its probably not worth it. He will probably have one today, it seems Tuesdays is a normal update day. Also, he's just one guy, hang in there! By the way your lucky us here in Rochester won't see 800 for some time.

Canandaigua North end of the city near Tops Markets area. (332/North Rd.) I know the Speed test was at 10:58pm, I got sidetracked and didn't post it afterwards... Oh well still good Speeds thats about what I get here!

doing well!! 33.28 down and 9.84 up is the absolute fastest Ive seen here in canandaigua very comparable to here I had to reset my phone other wise I would post it.
