    That's the thing about Android. It only fits some peoples needs. I wanted to get away from at&t so bad that I settled for Android. And granted, it does have it's perks, but it also has it's flaws. If I could afford to, i would have 2 smartphones and 1 would be the iPhone.     Parent company DT has to do something to make this under-performing carrier worth their time and money. I was surprised after the merger failure that they didn't just announce that they were going to close T-Mobile USA down. Instead they are finally putting money into fixing it.

    Now that is a prime example that Sprint could make the most of Nextel towers to expand their network in certain areas that don't have Sprint coverage. I sure hope they do.

    Capitalism is vicious. It's a constant war between the carriers for who has the best network. It will always be that way.

    I sure hope the next iPhone comes with a bigger screen too. It would be nice to have more apps on the home screen for a change.

    Remember, now that Sprint is doing something that would alter the Wireless playing field, everyone is into bashing them because at&t & Verizon are paying these analysts to do that. Sprint saw record growth last quarter, so they couldn't lose that many people from the massive gain the quarter before.

    AppleFever? I got the first iPhone 3Gs sold in Pahrump in June 2009. And in 2010, I spent almost a month tracking down an iPhone 4 just so I could have one (yes, the same iPhone 4 that suffered from AntennaGate). It's a desirable phone, but wait until the next one and hope that Apple really will fix the slower data issue.

    Then that could be the reason they stopped selling them on Sprint to make way for the Virgin version. I guess we won't know for sure until it actually happens.

    That's what I heard, but 2 days ago I was getting 400K higher data speeds compared to an iPhone 4S that performs better than my Shift in everything but data speeds.

    Sgt, both OS's have their strength's and weaknesses. For those of us who have Macs, being able to sync everything together between phone and computer makes for an easier life. Frankly, I'm not too concerned about the photo stream feature on the iPhone as I don't want my photos all over the place. I like them on my phone only. And I don't use digital cameras since I got a smart phone. Xenadu, how can you stand iPhoto? It has always been slow for me, and it's just a plain nightmare to fight with.

    Actually, in real time Speed Tests, the iPhone did under-perform compared to my Evo Shift. I even chose matching servers, and still was shocked at the slower data speeds.

    The EVO 3D still had life left on it though. Now the only EVO left is the Design 4G.
