  1. Totally agree with you there, Robert. PS. Shouldn't we change this thread to read: "Network Vision/LTE - Las Vegas Market" since 2013 is right around the corner, and they should start deploying Network Vision there?
  2. Box for LG Android users gave me 50GB of free storage, and when Box was giving iDevice users 50GB, I signed up for that too, so I have 100GB of free online storage space just thru Box.
  3. So sad. LG is pretty bad off.
  4. April to November was way too long. The only thing LG has going for them now is the fact that the Nexus 4 is built by them. It may be the turn around that they need to survive this industry.
  5. LG put the power button for the Viper and the Optimus Elite on the top. The Optimus G is the 1st they put on the side for the phones they have released this year on Sprint.
  6. I meant with the lack of promise on decent backhaul, but this was another question I had been wondering. And once they shift everyone to AWS, will they upgrade the hardware for the 700 MHz band?
  7. U-Verse is here in Visalia not far from where I stay over here and from what it sounds like, the next door neighbor has it, but our place don't qualify. And the highest DSL I can have is 3Mbps DL/512kpbs UL.
  8. That is your SIM card unlock codes. They have been around for years. It's a security feature to protect the customer's information on the card. However, Sprint, afaik, is the first carrier to make it easy for you to obtain these numbers.
  9. I remember hearing about that too. And I think they were very close to getting their permits, but something happened, and they lost them.
  10. At this point, with Sprint trying to acquire Clearwire, I'm going to assume so.
  11. Yeah, most people aren't allowed to have grass and trees in there yards anymore. And then the city thinks that they can convince the Nevada Division of Water Resources to allow Vegas to pipe into Pahrump and take our water from us.
  12. 800 LTE is Network Vision 2.0 It is not part of the original Network Vision project, but will take less time to build out than this implementation. I'm hoping that by the end of 2014 they will be close to being done with NV 2.0
  13. As fast as they are building, I don't see that happening anytime soon. I see it happening for Pahrump faster because our growth rate is almost stopped dead.
  14. And in terms of growth just in residents, Vegas is still growing at a massive pace, so subscriber growth is still continuing.
  15. That's for sure. I drop calls on I-15 just outside of Baker everytime because of tower spacing. Hopefully the RRU's will help with that problem. I still have my old Nokia 3390. That phone sure took a beating in the year and a half I used it. I upgraded to the Nokia 3595.
