crazy, is that antenna amount correct? Or is it the typical iOS field test screen fail?
You mean the 4tx antennas? I'm not sure. I hope it's correct, but who knows. If there is a way to tell on the debug screen on my LG G Pad I will look it up and see.

Now just remember, I'm still 5 miles from the serving tower, and so for a signal of -115, speeds are expected at the Speedtest posted.

I'm conflicted on the Apple Watch I want one but I'm not sure if I should get the new one or the old one.

If you get one, get the new one.

I bought my phone from Apple. Pre-ordered it using the iPhone Upgrade Program.
And to answer your question I'm pretty sure you can't easy pay your accessories lol.

Unless things have changed, you can. But it does have to be over a certain dollar amount.

How can you tell whether you've got Samsung or TSMC?
There is an app for that!
Lirum Device Info Lite - System Monitor by Rogerio Hirooka
But basically if there is an "m" in the Hardware Model information in that app, then you have a TSMC chip.

Speed tests hurting the network is exaggerated. It's not like users sit there for hours running speed tests over and over. Most speed tests are started and done within 30 seconds and the impact to the network is minimal if a user only runs one or two tests.
But when they get together with a group of their buddies and then they start competing for who has the biggest e-penis, then it starts to affect the network. It's a vicious cycle that never ends.

Would love to see what some people are getting for speed tests.
We do not condone the use of many and meaningless speed tests. This thread is locked.

I know it's early but has anyone experience uplink CA yet?
According to this
http://m.imore.com/wireless-iphone-7-everything-you-need-know
the iPhone 7 can only do uplink CA on bands 7 and 41.
Most likely Sprint has not enabled Uplink CA on Band 41 yet, but if they have, we will soon know if the uplink speeds on speed tests increase.

Please direct yourselves to the iPhone 7/7 Plus User Thread. Thank you. This topic is now locked.

thought new phone user threads got a fresh new thread?
You are right. I'll fix it.
Edit: Done.

Ouch! I wasn't able to order this time, but before the end of the year I will get one.

So, no one has gotten their iPhone 7/7+ yet?

On September 7, Apple released the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
With it's A10 Fusion Quad-core processor and 2GB or 3GB RAM (7 or 7 Plus respectively), it's an extremely powerful smartphone. Fortunately for Sprint users, the 7 & 7 Plus include all of Sprint's LTE bands including 3xCA downlink on Band 41. Also included is 2xCA uplink on Band 41, yet Sprint has not announced any plans to release uplink Carrier Aggregation on Band 41 yet. Hopefully soon.
LTE Bands included are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 38, 39, 40, 41

Is this the first device on Sprint that has/supports 2CA uplink?

As far as we know it does.

the weird thing is that I can't find the terms. Will this be only for the 7 or also for the 7 plus?
We all hope it includes the 7 Plus, but we won't know until 12:01 am unfortunately.

I'll be upgrading from a 6+ to a 7+ 128G "Black".
The "Jet Black" is prone to scratching even in a protective case.
So there is no easy way to protect it 100% from scratches when it
comes time to resell it.
So a used "Black" can be kept in mint condition easier than a "Jet Black".
Knowing Zagg, they will capitalize on this scratch problem as fast as they can.

I'm surprised this wasn't in the Tech Specs that were announced, I guess we wait for FCC docs
I don't remember Apple posting CA at the 6S announcement either.

Is support for Sprints 3xCA on board?
Your question will be answered in short order.

Really...Best Buy must have an inflated price for the 16 GB 6s unactivated:
They do, by $50

Is it just me or is the pricing a little cheaper? I didn't get to watch the live stream or any of the live blogs.

iPhone 7 starts at the same price, iPhone 7 Plus is $20 more than previous plus model.

Unless someone made a mistake, big miss by Apple today.
2 SKUs, one CDMA and one GSM, for each of the iPhone 7/7 Plus models. No more universal phone.
Actually, there are 3 because Japan is getting their own iPhone 7 models.

This is my only location on this side of Pahrump. And this is in testing. So hopefully they turn up the power since they only have 2 sites covering the whole valley, but yes, once they launch B26, it'll help. As of yesterday, B26 is still not scheduled.
