New Blue Navigation Menu appears in Mobile Browsers

We are in the process of updating our Navigation tabs throughout S4GRU.  Brace yourselves for some long overdue changes.  We have installed new software on our server that will allow us to better manage these tabs.  One of the unintended changes with this software as it has now added a new blue Navigation Menu for mobile browsers.  And I cannot disable it completely.

 

For those of you who are going bonkers over the blue Mobile Navigation Menu Bar that has appeared in the latest S4GRU update, you can disable it.  The settings have been modified that the blue bar of doom can be blasted away by selecting "Desktop View" or "Request Desktop Site" in your mobile browser.

 

However, they are pretty useful on smaller screens like phones and tablets.  Try them out.  You may just end up liking them in a mobile browsing environment.

Not surprised.  I have been messing with a lot of settings to get it to function in the most delightful way.
